The hotel is generally fine, but there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. There were many people smoking outside, which is allowed, but the number of people made it feel uncomfortable and a bit strange. The cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, could be improved. There was a very small hole in the bathtub that was rusty and looked like a blood stain. Additionally, one of the elevators was not working during the stay.

It was very bad I would never book this hotel ever again. There were people in front of the hotel smoke drugs ever day . 11 pm at night I was sleeping the fire alarm went off had to leave and wait for the fire men to ok going back in the elevator was broken don’t book stay some where Els.

Beautiful lobby and good restaurant. BUT upon entering the elevator, stairs and the hallways it was obvious that a deep cleaning is needed. The carpet and tiles are pretty nasty. The room carpet was ok and the bed was good with clean linens. Maybe they are in the process of updating and deep cleaning. Staff was great.
