The staff was rude, the rooms yes big but dirty with stains on the sheet. Valet didn’t exist for the particular day we checked in even though I verified in advance. Couldn’t leave the dog in the room alone but there were no options that the front desk could help with dog friendly restaurants.

Great location. You can walk to Rockefeller plaza, time square and theatre district. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and spacious but decor is dated. Great shower. Had breakfast in lounge one morning and food was ok. It cost over 55 dollars for 1 yogurt parfait and 1 continental breakfast (1 juice,1 cup of coffee and a few rolls). I would advise breakfast elsewhere. I would stay here again.

The hotel is a quiet refuge in the heart of Midtown. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating, especially the Doormen. The room was big compared to the usual NYC room. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was big. There were actually drawers and a closet. Easy to get to theatres, museums and Central Park. Will stay here again
