We chose this one for its location and price. Check-in was smooth. You would need to pay $37 per day for valet parking.

I needed a place to stay while my apartment was being renovated and this was pretty close to my job. Overall, everything was great. My only issue was that there was no refrigerator or safe in the room. One other thing that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth was one of the bellhops telling me, rather loudly, that I had to tip the bell hop who was helping me, which I had every intention of doing and, generously at that. I didn't appreciate being put on blast like that in front of several people. Other than that, everything was great.

From check in to check out we were so pleased with our stay. No problems at all. Will definitely stay here again

1. Valet parking is provided by a seperate company. They don't offer multiple ins and outs. Once you park you cannot get you car until you leave the hotel. They honor the Hotel's discount but it is not $27 as posted on Orbitz's website. It is $32. 2. Hotel staff is very friendly. The smoke detector in our room was running on low battery and it started to beep periodically at around 3 AM. I called the front desk and they addressed the issue within 30 minutes. 3. The hotel is aged and you can see it everywhere. The carpet is old, wall papers are old, door frames are old, etc. I didn't mind it but generally speaking, the hotels that cost more than $100 a day usually have a new look. 4. The heating unit in our room didn't provide heat. The room temperature was somewhat cold but it wasn't unbearable. 5. The light by the closet and the bathroom entrance didn't work. 6. Waiting time for the elevator is a little long. That is due to the high volume (number of people).

Reasonable hotel for the price. Will stay again in the future.

Convenient to the subway, shopping, and taxis. Also close to multiple good places to eat. Strong helpful bell staff. Easy check in and check out. Nice bar with nice bartenders.

Only stayed overnight but was very pleased with the convenient parking on site and the proximity to the Lincoln tunnel. Was able to check in early which was definitely a bonus for the day. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a good choice for our overnight in terms of location and value. THe staff was friendly and helpful. The room was dated and small but to be expected for the reasonable rate. WIsh there had been a refridgerator/minibar and a tad larger bath room! The breakfast (included) was one of better ones I've experienced - hot, fresh, and lots of options. I would stay there again!

The hotels location was great! Easy walk to Central Park and all the luxury stores with amazing holiday window displays. Our room was clean and smelled nice. I would recommend staying here for The price

Hotel was great, but come on--give us some coffee in the lobby in the morning. The coffee in the room stinks (that's expected) and there is no coffee shop nearby. Help us caffeine addicts please!!

out beyond 9th Ave in a seedy neighborhood, rust stains running down from the fixtures in the shower, and, no kidding, the hot water ran out after a minute on the sink! easily the worst Holiday Inn I've ever been in.

Hotel exceeded expectations. The cost for NYC was great. The staff was very accommodating. I would most certainly stay at this location for future visits to NYC

Holiday Inn met all of my expectations and exceeded them from a price to value to service perspective. I was unhappy to leave and go to another hotel because they were booked for my additional stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations. For price and value ration it was great and the service of staff was exceptional .

I was out here for a vacation. The Holiday Inn was perfect. The room was clean, big, comfortable, and staff was super friendly. I was really surprised at how comfortable I was at this hotel. Within walking distance to Central Park, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great friendly staff, good location, nice room. Was not pleased with the resturant. But only had 1 meal.

pretty good hotel
