Hello. This is a clean, well kept and quiet shared space in the Bronx.
One available bed. iMac desktop available. No wifi unfortunately. Bathroom and kitchen available. Working elevator. I am a non smoker. I prefer non smokers.
Convenience stores are close by.
If you drive, parking is very difficult to get in this neighborhood. It is nearly impossible. And the parking spaces in front of these buildings are for residents only. If you park in these spaces, your car will be towed. Please remember not to park in these spaces
Aside from that this is a very nice area. Parks with many benches close by.
At this present time, I am seeking a long term occupant. Thank you.
