Our first time staying in NYC, and booked last minute. Stayed just 1 night, but would have been very comfortable for multiple nights for my husband, myself, and 3 teenagers. The whole unit was better than expected; 2 bedrooms were very roomy, nice sized bathroom, spacious dinette/living, and cute kitchenette w/ full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher. The suite was older, but appeared clean. The only down-side was quite a bit of noise from street. During the middle of the night there has a very heated arguement between what appeared to be employees from the Marriot which has service entrance directly across the street.

Convenience and friendly staffs. Room is big and sound isolated. Love to revisit again!

Hotel was sold out. They upgraded our single queen bed to two bedroom two queens. This place has the largest rooms we have stayed at in NYC. Construction next door seemed to be at a halt during our visit (no noise). Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Rooms did seem to be slightly dated, especially the kitchen area, and could use better colors.

I was very impressed with the size and quality of the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I will most certainly stay here again.

I planned this trip for my daughter's sweet 16. When she and her girlfriends and I walked into the room, we were quite surprised to see that it was more of an apartment then a hotel, and we love it!!! The girls were so impressed with all of the amenities. The space accommodated us all. The location was perfect! It was like a little hideaway in the city. I plan to return for my birthday next year!

This hotel was the perfect location for train travelers and walking distance to Times Square. Our room had some water damage so they over compensated with a better room which was nice. The rooms appeared to be very clean... the only negative was our friends we stayed with found a cockroach in there room, yuck!!

A convenient place to stay for what we wanted it for. Large quarters with full amenities. Staff took good care of us from front desk to housekeeping. Could have been a little better breakfast but the best way was to take it back to your room for it got very crowded in the small space. A slow elevator--needed key each time---but small hotel with only nine floors. They are redoing some of the rooms and some do need the work. I would tell others to stay here.

From before we even arrived, Sam, was fantastic, accommodating, and cordial. The place was more than expected; huge, clean, very comfortable. Location is great, and everyone was very nice. They even arrange pick ups for airport.

I found this hotel a great value - good location; the staff was positive and the rooms spacious. No complaints.

It was great...my family enjoyed the stay with the extremely kind staff.

It's an older building but they did the best they could with it. I could have stayed there for an extended period of time...spacious room. Great location and great value for New York.

Our family enjoy staying at your hotel, it was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the best of all we were able to use the air condition even that was winter, We are from Florida and we were able to put a good temperature in the the room.

My rating is based upon being upgraded to a two bedroom suite, so take it with a grain of salt. It is a good hotel, with clean rooms and a decent location. The free breakfast was not great so don't depend on it. I only had one problem; the windows were old so the street noise was hiin the bedroom.

I was an early arrival and they accommodated my time very well. For them to do that they upgraded my room, which I did not need or use but was well appreciated. Nice clean room, very spacious and comfortable beds.

I expected, like most, a clean small room in a good location. Well, two out of three isn't bad. The room was massive. It was just me on a business trip but it had a full kitchen (with full appliances), dinner table for six, decent living room, big master and a big bathroom. Next time I'm with my wife I'll be back.

We arrived late and had 2 rooms booked. They placed us on the same floor and even upgraded one of the rooms to a 2 BR to keep us close. Staff was great! Room was very clean and large - perfect for families. Nice toiletries from Bath and body works and included nice extras too. Free water and snack items in the rooms were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast perfect to get you out the door quickly. No views from the room and lobby was tiny but not really important. Definitely would stay again!

We visited New York and saw allot of history. It was very exciting our hotel room was blocks from Time Square and very easy to get around. The room was very huge and meet all our needs. There were six of us and we all slept comfortably. The hotel staff was very friendly and catered to our needs. [...]Vickey

Rooms are very large as this is a converted apt. bldg. and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is very good - right behind Waldorf. Stay here and use your $$$ on restaurants and shows.

We were very happy with the accomadations & the location; the pictures of this hotel(Best Western Plus Hospitality House) looked nice on their web site, but then again don't they all? For once I can say it was exactly what the pictures showed; the two bedroom suite was the perfect setting for the 4 of us women. A person doesn't expect two bedrooms in a single hotel room for less then an astronomical price , but add to that a living room/dining room combination & a full kitchen & it's just like your home away from home.We especially appreciated the continental breakfast each morning, saved time & money looking for it elsewhere. [...] at the desk during the day hours was especially helpful on both the day we checked in and the day we were to leave;when our shuttle back to the airport was more then an hour late,I think he was more upset about it then we were. & [...] at the desk later in the day & early evening was the perfect gentleman;not only made our dinner reservations for us, but then escorted us down (2 doors) to the restaurant to San Marten's where the food was EXCELLENT.This was only my 2nd trip to NYC, but when I go again, there's no question where I'll stay. Thank you Best Western Plus for making our stay very comfortable.

Went to NYC to take care of some paperwork. The Best Western Hospitality House looked like a good place to stay since they offered suites with a full kitchen. When we got there, the gentleman at the door was very friendly and got us checked in less than five minutes. We got to the room and it was very, very spacious with a full living room and kitchen, as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked, meaning it has plates, silverware, pots, etc. This is important when traveling with infants and young children. You can prepare baby food and other special food needs in the room. The bathroom was clean and stocked with extra towels and toiletries. The location is also very convenient, only a couple of blocks to the subway and in walking distance to many attractions. The negatives, if you call them that, included no porter, cramped elevator, and small breakfast area. Overall, the place is great for families and the staff was friendly.
