We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this unit. It was pleasantly decorated, clean, comfortable and all the amenities you could ask for and more. Christine is a super host of the condo, and we would definitely recommend renting from her. We’ve already booked a stay next year!

Amazing condo and a wonderful host. Christine checked in us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and the unit itself was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The ocean view from the patio was amazing as well. What an amazing place to be when the sun came up in the morning! We would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed here for four consecutive years, and each visit has been wonderful. The condo is always spotless, fully equipped with everything we need, and perfectly located right on the beach. The owners are exceptionally kind, helpful, and responsive—they stay in touch before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything goes smoothly. We especially love visiting in the fall, when the weather is warm, the beaches are quiet, and all the shops and restaurants in New Smyrna Beach are open. Whenever we plan our next vacation, there’s no question about where we want to stay—it’s always here.

Moffat Family Reunion

This is our third or fourth time staying in this condo. We love all the amenities of the condominium, but most of all amenities in this particular unit. It is very family friendly, and the beds are comfortable.!!!

Getaway after Hurricane Helene

After being cooped up at home doing repairs and such after Hurricane Helene, we needed a Getaway from it all. We had never been to NSB. The condo was gorgeous and just as described. The view is absolutely stunning, and we watched many thunderstorms from the balcony. Christine was a pleasure to work with and never hesitated to answer any questions quickly. This is definitely going to be a place we return to time and time again. Thanks Christine!!

Our Happy Place

We recently stayed in this beautiful condo for a second time. It includes everything anyone would need to enjoy your time there. We were extremely comfortable and felt totally at home. We especially loved our leisurely coffee every morning on the balcony watching the sunrises, waves and dolphins!! Priceless! Christine and Tom are the BEST hosts!!! They shared an app for the condo that is loaded with extremely helpful information to ensure a wonderful stay. They were timely on communications and willing to accommodate our unforeseen needs. Their actions demonstrated that our comfort was their priority. We will most definitely stay here on our next trip to New Smyrna! This is our happy place!!

Our Third October Stay

This was our third October staying in this condo. It is beautiful, well equipped with all the amenities we expect. It has a great view, quiet beach, low traffic all making for a very relaxing vacation. We did have an uninvited guest, Hurricane Milton! We were secure in the unit, hurricane shutters are installed at the openings, the unit stayed comfortable and no water infiltration. We lost power for about 24 hours, and TV for a couple of days. There is an emergency generator, so elevators and emergency systems continue to work. We stayed in touch with the owners via text. Towards the end of our visit the weather cleared, surf was calm, and our favorite restaurants were open. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the 'sound and fury' and are looking forward to returning next year.

Enjoyable Vacation

Second trip 6/2024

Another wonderful vacation. Christine's condo is fully stocked and beautiful. We always bring our own beach chairs and towels but there are plenty there. They have new teak outdoor furniture and it's a great place to have your morning coffee. We would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to be. One of the most important things for our family is TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room!

Peaceful bliss

Clean, quiet, had everything we needed, loved this place! Very nice area in more peaceful section of New Smyrna beach. Loved the balcony, listening to the waves in bed, very nice place if you like to relax.

Truly a 5-star Experience!

This exceptional property was such a refreshing departure for properties "claiming" to be luxury or 5-star. The unit itself was pristine, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with many extras one doesn't typically find. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with whatever was needed to prepare several full meals in the unit. There were lots of beach accessories, chairs, towels, toys . . . everything generously provided and at our fingertips. The property itself is super easy-access, yet very secure with the gated entry with plenty of parking, even on the holiday weekend. The condo staff and owners were welcoming and informative and treated us like owners, even allowing us to partake in their complimentary hamburger lunch cookout for the holiday! The pool was very clean, spacious, and inviting. The BEACH was of course the star of the show, and is very quiet and peaceful being a "no-drive" section. This combined with top-notch accommodations made our getaway a win~win! We will definitely be back!

Moffat Family Reunion

We love staying at Southwind. It is a second time we've come back to the same unit. It has everything a family would need and is very accommodating and comfortable. The only, only drawback this week was, and it couldn't be helped, was storm shutters were being put in in multiple units in Southwind and the drilling started at 8:00 a.m.
