This is a three story home utilizing the second and third story floors with an open kitchen and living area, three bedrooms that can comfortably fit in 8 adults and two bathrooms. This home has a washer and dryer, hair dryer, coffee, on site parking, and beach necessities for your use. New Smyrna is a great place to visit with fantastic local restaurants and things to do.

This space fits 8 adults comfortably but depending on adult to child ratio guest accommodation can be flexible. Please message host.
