Relax and unwind in this spacious and beachy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home ideally located in the NSB beachside! Just a short 2 minute walk from the ocean, this coastal retreat features nautical decor, a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, and enclosed garage. Enjoy sunny days poolside, beach strolls, and cozy nights in a home that has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Ideal for families or friends looking for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—all in one unforgettable location.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.
This property is dog friendly (1 dog, 15 lbs or less) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Dog must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose pet when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Perfect Beach Bungalow
We stayed here for a week. It was myself, my partner, and our 8 year old. It was perfect! Great location just steps to the beach. A wonderful private backyard with pool. The decor in the home was tasteful and on brand for the location. We will definitely be back!
