Absolutely amazing place to stay. The views are beautiful and the location is great. The condo is very well maintained, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was beautiful and decorated perfectly costal. The balcony was perfect and the chairs were very comfortable! The beach was right there. There are plenty of restaurants near-by but not necessarily "walking" distance. We had a great experience!** A note for the near future -- the city is working on "restoring" the beach by the sea-wall. (It was a bit of a hike over the large pipes the city is going to bury.)

Absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was clean, convenient, just the right amount of amenities. The rental was stocked with everything you need to be away from home. Would highly recommend it to others.

Everything about this property was amazing! The condo was perfect for us. The view was amazing, the pool was great for the kids when they needed a minute away from the ocean. The condo was fully stocked, comfortable beds, and just everything we needed for this vacation.

The view was absolutely stunning. Loved starting our day from the balcony with a cup of coffee and gorgeous sunrise. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities for our weeklong stay. Would highly recommend.

This is our 5th time staying in this condo. As always the unit is clean and ready for our arrival for our girls trip. Brandi is always available if needed. The view from the balcony is superb and if you’re lucky you’ll see many pelican’s flying by early in the morning and also later in the day. The pictures of this unit don’t lie it’s perfect for your beach trip.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you could think of to need. It truely felt like home. Everything was as pictured and Brandi was so easy to work with. She was so helpful with all the information she provided. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this condo. It is absolutely wonderful! The views are incredible, the furniture and decor are beautiful, and the pools were awesome! Beautiful Condo - Amazing Views

I've been coming to New Smyrna Beach my entire life. This is my new favorite spot. The views are amazing. Pelicans fly right by the window. The unit was clean, newly renovated, with all the amenities. The biggest thing for me was a comfortable bed. I have terrible arthritis in my hips and I can't stand when I rent a place with a cheap, hard bed. It ruins my vacation. We spent 4 days out at Rockville plus beaching it up during the day so I was SORE. I woke up feeling rested and refreshed each day. That is a big plus in my book. That alone will make me want to rent here again and recommend this listing. Host was responsive and kind. Parking was a breeze. Check in and check out was smooth. Had a great time, thank you Brandi!

GREAT TOWNHOUSE AND LOCATION

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was clean, at a good location, and was well stocked and organized. Hostess was easy to work with. Would certainly come again.

Girls trip

Look no further if you want a beautiful place to stay with the perfect location. This is it! The kitchen is well stocked. My girlfriends and I love this condo which is why it’s our third stay and we’re headed back in October. Plenty of room for hanging out relaxing or sitting out on the balcony enjoying the incredible view. Watch out for the daily visits from the pelicans. And you are only a quick walk down to the beach or pool. The host Brandi is on top of communication so no worries there. Condo is nicely decorated and clean. 10 out of 10The host Brandi is on top of communication.

This was the most incredible vacation. The property was absolutely outstanding, not only clean and furnished beautifully but equipped better than our own home.The owner was so responsive to any queries , responding within a very short period to resolve any questions.There were not very many. Everything was perfect!!!
