Nicely furnished 2 bedroom 4th floor view of the beautiful courtyard and ocean. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 31" flat screen TV plus a walk-in-shower with a granite vanity. Living room has reclining chairs, plus a 43" flat screen TV. Second bedroom has twin beds, plus a 20" flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully furnished. All televisions are high definition. DVR available for recording your favorite shows while you are away. Phone service for our all including our Canadian visitors. We also furnish beach towels.

Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! We manage many units in this complex so we can also accommodate a large group for your next family vacation. Please Note: The community will be undergoing scheduled maintenance in the coming weeks:

- Painting Project: Starting May 5, 2025, exterior painting will begin on stacks 1–7. Balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to enter the unit to complete this work. You may also notice painters and equipment around the property during this time.
- Pool Closure: The community pool will be closed from May 12–17, 2025 for maintenance and will not be accessible during this period.
