There are also beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach towels for your use. The 2nd bathroom has a granite countertop, raised toilet, hair dryer and a shower with glass doors. - Painting Project: Starting May 5, 2025, exterior painting will begin on stacks 1–7. Balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to enter the unit to complete this work. You may also notice painters and equipment around the property during this time.
- Pool Closure: The community pool will be closed from May 12–17, 2025 for maintenance and will not be accessible during this period.
