Apartment 22 provides well-appointed spacious one-bedroom accommodation in a very convenient location. The local beach is just around the corner, and the CBD is an easy drive away. This inviting property offers a spacious and comfortable retreat, perfect for relaxation and convenience.



The many character features and beautiful lead light windows, along with high feature ceilings, create a welcome sense of space and charm. The apartment is ideally located between Fitzroy and Strandon, with the coastal walkway and Fitzroy Village just a short stroll away.

Please note that the property is close to the main road and does not have double glazing. Although the central location is very convenient, you do get traffic noise. Entry is elevated, with stairs leading up from the car park.



Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this home offers comfort, space, and convenience in a well-located setting. All our properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties are allowed. Bookings that exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at cost to the guest every seven days.



We operate on a self-check-in and check-out basis but are on call if need be.
