The visit was great. The room was well appointed, and the hotel is, of course, decorated beautifully as it always is for Christmas… Check-in went quickly – – but was very disappointed not to be told that our package included free breakfast in the fountain lounge. Not knowing, we went to Teddy‘s and purchased coffee and breakfast that morning. Was still excellent food and a great experience – – but would have very much like to have known that breakfast was included in our package. (given that it was booked quite some time back if that was indeed the case, I did not remember that at time of booking).

The king suite was perfection, the lobby was magical. The service was impeccable! Shout out to Randy the doorman who gave such wonderful conversation and advice and the valet service was the best I’ve ever received. When in New Orleans, this is the place to go! So grateful - Brandy

Room was amazing and so spacious, clean, and elegant. Unfortunately, it took at least 10-15 min to get our car from Valet the next morning and ai noticed I was not the only person feeling frustrated and waiting a while. We ended up using the parking garage down the block for half the price and much more convenience. Lastly, upon checking out and speaking to reception, I was met with a woman with attitude. I wanted to confirm my charges (especially since a lot of money was spent to stay here) and was honestly made to feel like an idiot for even doing so. Loved the decor and the bar, but not enough to return. Appreciated my stay. Thank you Roosevelt.
