We loved how accessible this property is to everything. The staff especially Kevin the concierge were amazing. They were kind, helpful, and personable. The rooms were huge, clean and comfortably air conditioned. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

We had the worst room - no windows, no mini fridge, very poor lighting overall and only 1 nightstand with a poorly functioning lamp. Cleanliness in the room could be better. One of the decorative pillows had a weird stain. Definitely not four-star amenities/quality. I've stayed in a variety of hotels over the years, and there are three-star ones that are a cut above Nopsi. Staff was very helpful and polite, the lobby area is very nice, as is the lobby bar, but overall this is very poor value for the money. I would not stay here again.

The room, building and amenities was great. I paid through book.com which cover the cost. During the check out, I was charge for the commentary drinks. It was thirty dollars a piece which was 70 bucks charge. I don't drink. I came for the experience. On the site it said it was paid. So, that was my only problem.

Everything was great with the exception of the guy tall guy with the dreadlocks the dark skinned one at check-in he had a really nasty attitude towards me and my guests but everyone else was warm and welcoming I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I just keep my cool he really needs to be retrain on how to greet guests and he needs to smile more often
