Incredible-Matairie 3 Bed, 2 Bath vacation rental with huge Patio or Game room, covered shared Backtard and double car Drive Way in a safe neighbor hood, with easy access to W Napoleon, Causeway Blvd, I-10 and S I-10 Service Road! Few mnts to New Orleans City Park, Pontchartrain lake, Bourbon Street, Uptown, Down town, French quarters, Business District, Ochsner Hospital, East Jefferson Hospital and Air port.
This is a residential neighborhood and Jefferson Parish has strict rules to keep this area safe and quite for every one.

Spacious clean duplex in convenient location
Nice clean & spacious 3br 2ba duplex with new kitchen appliances. Had everything we needed for a two week stay. Property manager returned messages very quickly. Location was safe but some street noise as it is in a neighborhood but right next to commercial area.

Met basic needs
This place met our basic needs. I would not recommend the “safe” aspect of the location. Questionable people outside across the street all day. Ceiling was falling in in the living room. The living room TV is not a smart TV and they had a dvd player to try to make it one which did not host any apps needed. It could use some major updating. There was plenty of hot water and had all basic amenities. It was very clean and comfortable beds.
