It is conveniently located 35 mins. to downtown New Orleans yet tucked away from the city. 45 mins. to Gulfport MS Casino and white sandy beaches. The home is located on an active bayou with beautiful views, 1500 sq ft of covered outside area. Parking for 2 cars. Boat house for boat parking (limited boat size). Bedding for 2 Guests.
The waterfront is a great getaway venue for families, couples, friends, and businesses. Offers one bedroom with one full bath with jetted shower panel.
The house is situated conveniently close to shopping, golfing, tennis and boating, it is particularly convenient for those staying overnight for events in New Orleans.
The living area suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops, granite sink and stainless-steel appliances, a wrap-around counter includes seating and is open to the living room and dining area, a large flat screen smart TV, this area is open and roomy.
So that all of the comforts and conveniences of home are at your fingertips, the Executive has a washer and dryer, microwave, blender, crock pot, toaster oven and coffeemaker are among the small appliances that are standard. An initial supply of toiletries is provided.
