It was our first time visiting New Orleans and we are so happy we picked this beautiful condo to stay in while we were there. Jared was a wonderful host with amazing communication before and during our stay. The condo itself was beautiful, immaculate, great amenities and close to everything. Great place, perfect location!
Great property, in a wonderful location, one block off St. Charles. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and has a great NOLA style. Jared was very responsive to communications and even checked in to make sure if everything was good. We will definitely be back!

Garden District Gem
We absolutely loved everything about Jared's home! It is literally around the corner from a St. Charles street car stop which allowed us to travel every day with ease deeper into the Garden District or over to Canal into the French Quarter. He had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, as well as, the kitchen and living room. There are several great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the chargrilled oysters at Mr. Ed's Oyster Bar and all day breakfast at St. Charles Tavern. We will definitely be staying at Jared's home in the future!!

Upper Garden District Apartment
In NOLA, it's about location. Centrally located, this apartment is one block from the St. Charles trolley line and near the Warehouse District. It a is also a short walk to various restaurants, i.e. Emeril's Delmonico and VooDoo Tavern. The interior is top notch, very clean with not a single problem or complaint. The kitchen was well equipped, including coffee and the most amazing cookies I have run across.
Exterior, the parking was a bit tight, due to CIS-New Orleans shooting across the street which had parking there restricted. This would not normally be a problem. Also, the hotel next door gets a loud garbage pickup in the wee hours of the morning.
Contact with Jared was very quick and seamless. Thank you for all the good information.
Recommend highly and would definately return.

Great Condo!
Location is great! Short walk to the St.Charles Streetcar with easy access to the French Quarter and the Garden District. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable space and easy check in. Enjoyed carryout pizza from Slice just up the street. Fantastic experience! Thank you Jared!
