The location was great and the staff at the California Building were very helpful, but the rental itself has not been maintained exceedingly well for what it costs.We arrived to the door being wide open because the lock was broken, and we had to have it replaced before we could go anywhere that day, but luckily the staff at the building were super fast and helpful there.We went to put groceries away and my friend set a bottle of orange juice on a door shelf in the fridge and the entire set of shelves collapsed and shattered on the floor, including the juice which went everywhere, and you could tell there were other shelves in there that were already cracked like the one she set something on, I am assuming one the last renters did that and didnt say anything to not get charged.The towels had stains on them, the cushions for the couches had stains and bleach marks from haphazard cleaning attempts, the floor boards near one of the utility closet entrances had huge gaps causing tripping hazards, and the sink drain in the bathroom on the left was completely clogged to the point we had to remove it so we could use the sink until it could get fixed a day later.The rental is generally beautiful and spacious, and it couldnt be in a better location, but it just isnt really cared for in-between visits.Overall the issues didnt ruin the weekend, we had a great time, but for over 3k for a long weekend, I just think it should have been better maintained.
