Not a 4 bedroom

Owner misrepresented property. Claims it has 4 bedrooms but there are only actually 3. It has 4 rooms total - 3 bedrooms. The 4th room (which is very small) is a kitchen/dining/living room with a very small pullout couch. Bedrooms have a closet and a door; this room has neither. Paid quite a fortunate to stay here when it wasn’t what was described.

Comfortable and convenient

This is a cute and comfortable house very nicely updated. We mostly used Uber and Lyft to get around but took the Canal Street street car a couple of times. The neighborhood looks a little scruffy but the house is very nice and we walked to a few neighborhood restaurants - a Honduran restaurant and Melba's, which seems like a New Orleans classic. Host was super responsive.I would stay here again for sure

Poor cleaning and communication

The kitchen and microwave were still dirty upon arrival. The couch was filthy and uninviting the ceiling fans and shower curtain in the back bedroom was molded and it looked like no one had dusted in weeks. I contacted the manager through text and email she asked for pictures but the replies were scarce. She replied the next day and sent ppl to clean while we were out and I didn’t like that.

Wonderful house very clean!!! Location was great looked a little sketchy but after we got there, we felt safe. there is security cameras. Host was easy to reach and responded very quick check in was easy and check out was wonderful you didn't have to do anything but make sure door was locked. Will defiantly stay here again if I come back to this area .Kitchen is well stocked so if you are staying a few days you will have everything you will need. Just a note there is only three bedrooms but the couch will make into a bed. Plenty of towels they are stored in the bedroom closets.
