A short drive (10 min) to award winning wineries, Grand Pre historic site, the local hospital, Acadia Univ, & historic Wolfville. Explore Cape Blomidon & look off (20 min) & easy access to Sobeys & all the urban conveniences (3 min). An ideal home base for any work stay or holiday with a great backyard to relax. Close to the ravine trail, nature & wildlife areas, farmer`s markets, museums & attractions
Friendly pets are welcome, we ask that you make sure they are on a lead or monitored in the backyard as there are no fences and ask that you clean up after them. We want to keep this an animal friendly location and ask to be mindful of the neighbours.

There is a fire pit in the backyard. please check Nova Scotia`s burn safe map before lighting any fire. Wood is not supplied and you are responsible for your fire. Please pick up bottles, cups and blankets that you take outside and ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10PM.

This property was perfect for our stay in New Minus. It was centrally located and so welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms were so cozy and it was such a peaceful place to stay. We will be back! 10/10!

Super clean and easy to access. The only comment was the bed in the back bedroom was not super comfortable.Host was awesome and we really enjoyed the welcome gifts. Would definitely stay there again.
