Lovely house, with great pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor space. We visited the local bog (awesome experience) and did Mount Sunapee day with disc golf, put-put, chair lift to the top for lunch with a view, etc. Host was responsive and reached out to check in on us. Great experience.

graduation home base

Perfect spot for family to attend a graduation in the area. Large, well equipped kitchen and social space. Overall, a terrific stay but could use a little refresh with the bed linens and some extra window treatments. Thank you for a special weekend.

Great Spot for a Family Vacation

Plenty of space for four families with seven children ranging in ages from 1 to 13. The kids loved the game room and gigantic sectional & TV in the living room (and parents loved that the kids were just a room away when we were in the kitchen/dining area). Tons of fridge space, meal prep space, and seating, so we never felt like we were in anyone's way while making plates for the kiddos. Pack a sweatshirt - the A/C is strong! Note that a couple of the beds that were advertised as Queen seemed to be Full/Double instead. The game tables are located in the basement, not the third floor, and there are three twin beds on the third floor. Couple of tips for summer activities: we enjoyed nearby Wadleigh State Beach. We had less success at Mount Sunapee State Beach because it was super crowded on a hot sunny day, though the playground there was a big hit. The "aerial sky rides" (chairlift) to the top of Mt Sunapee only runs on certain days.

Spectacular property which needed attention

The house is beautiful and wonderful for a family reunion. The view of Mt. Sunapee is spectacular - especially from the hot tub - which all of our grandkids loved. We have rented 20+ houses over 15+ years and have never encountered one that did not have a welcoming book with basic house information and local suggestions for restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, etc -until this house. One is needed. Additionally while communication initially was good, we did not get final information until the last minute - it would have been helpful to get it a couple days ahead to coordinate our families. The kitchen is huge and easily accommodates 15 people but it needs additional silverware, dishes and pots and pans for 15 people. But its more glaring omission was that there were NO potholders or dish drying cloths - rather essential for all kitchens, but especially at Thanksgiving. The dining room seats 6, a nook in the kitchen another 6 with 3 more at the kitchen island - an awkward dining arrangement which could be improved if there were extra chairs in the BRs. We brought the very large porch chairs in to create a larger grouping for meals and games. Lastly, most BRs do not have table lamps so reading in bed is not wonderful. The house could be really amazing with a little TLC by Meadow Homes but we would recommend you bring extra sheets and blankets along with the other missing items..

The property manager was so great for the communication. The property area was beautiful and quiet. Also the house was so clean. I rent this house for my mom 85 Years old birthday gathering. It was perfect for our family.

Wonderful home to gather with friends and family.

This New London home is perfect for a large family getaway. Spacious, inviting, fully equipped kitchen for everyone to gather for meals. Convenient to Mt. Sunapee, Colby Sawyer College, Pleasant Lake and the quaint little town of New London. We look forward to returning again soon!
