Waterfront on Delaware Bay NJ

Great home on the Delaware Bay the NJ side. The house is on a bird preserve so there is a lot of wild life around. In the early summer the horse shoe crabs come lay their eggs attracting many different birds and fish. The turtles also come up and lay there eggs on the property in early July. There is a 100 foot fishing pier part of the home and ideal for the fisherman with a clean station. The home has a full kitchen, AC, Heat, washer and dryer, outdoor shower. The location is also good. 25 minutes to Avalon or 25 minutes to Cape May.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a dining table. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great Getaway Spot

The house is perfectly situated in a quiet location and within a 30-40 driving distance to the Jersey shore beaches. The accommodations were comfortable and the access to the bay was perfect for fishing, crabbing and kayaking. The host was very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend for a family getaway!

An amazing getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this waterfront property over the weekend and absolutely loved it. The views were stunning from sunrise to sunset, and the private dock made it feel like our own little escape. The space was peaceful, well-kept, and had that perfect blend of rustic charm and coastal relaxation. Whether we were lounging on the deck, walking along the shell-lined shore, or just enjoying the calm breeze off the water, it was exactly the getaway we needed. We’re already talking about coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet, very relaxing, great location. Enjoyed catching up with family and really enjoyed our walks on the beach area once the tide was very low. The horseshoe crabs were every where. We even returned a lot back to the water. Great trip!!

Peaceful Escape

The property is located in a quiet, remote area and is perfect for relaxation and fishing on the dock. We caught a lot of Sand Sharks and crabs throughout the week. It was a nice time.

New favorite vacation spot! Beautiful. 2 of 4 mornings a dolphin pod swam right by the dock. I fell in love with all the turtles and enjoyed the osprey. Sunrise and sunset are gorgeous.
