I asked for two towels at 8:30 am. The front desk said the maids arrive at 9:30. At 9:36 I went to the front desk and asked for the towels. He was annoyed that I was there to bother him for towels. He complained that I should wait for the maids to bring it. Then I insisted that he just go get me two towels as we wanted to shower and start our day. He dropped three “F” Bombs and said he was kicking us out and we had to check out because we were causing problems. So he gave me two towels my kids and I cleaned up and I went downstairs to check out. The manager was there now and would not refund our money. He said we could stay and he didn’t believe that his employee cursed at me. Then magically we had no hot water. When I complained about the hot water, they said it was a city issue working on pipes. How the city pipes in hot water I don’t know. They said their boiler was working. Just dishonest people, poor customer service, and the place smelled of smoke.

As soon as you walk in through the side door that leads to the rooms the smell like old people and the smoke embedded on the walls and carpet 😷. I took a non smoking room and the smell was less potent but still lingered. The room was a typical "Days Inn" room but could have definitely used some more lamps. The location is great Walmart is right across the street. We were only there for a track meet so it served this purpose.

Good

Everything was excellent.

Property listed breakfast included, no breakfast was given. Hotel room doors damaged just not what was expected at all

My room (first floor, in the back, near the exit furthest from the lobby) smelled like smoke so much that when I got home and unpacked, my clothes still smelled like smoke.

Consistent with expectations. Clean. Easy to access.

Heater was LOUD! Didn’t sleep! But I’ve stayed on other occasions with no issues so may be just that room!

The location was very convinience. The breakfast was excessively poor.

They should post notice that your hotel parking lot is the staging area for illegal street racing down Foxon Blvd, as well as in the Walmart parking lot across the street. From the loud music and revving engines, my 7 year old son had gotten NO sleep since this started at 11:00 pm. This is completely unacceptable but apprently all too common judging by the people lined up along the hotel property to watch as well as the cars illegally parked in your lot. During checkout, the morning manager indicated that 4 guests left in the middle of the night and that it’s all too common. She said “Friday night was worse.” The police finally broke up the activities around 1:45am.

The weekend outside sounded like being at a race track until around 3AM

The bed is comfortable. Ice machine provide the water. The breakfast is fair. No gym. Exit door is not locked. No elevator.

The staff here is amazing! Kelly and stephanie as well as the gentlemen in the evening ( i didnt get his name) are all wonderful!!!

I liked that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Great location . Hotel needs a little renovation. Staff are very friendly specially Stephanie. She was working Thursday and Saturday

First stay! Was nervous about staying there after reading some reviews, but prayed for the best and was pleasantly surprised. Booked an "accessible double bed non-smoking" room because that was what was available on Orbitz. When I arrived, manager gave me an available "double bed non-smoking" room so that the "accessible" room would be available for those who may need it. I appreciated that. Hallway and lobby smelled of smoke (not heavily, but still detectable), but the room itself didn't have an odor of smoke so that was fine since the majority of my time was spent in the room or outside. Free Continental Breakfast was available. Goes pretty quickly, so get there early. Sink had a small leak at the rim - was fixed immediately. Being adjacent to the street did not bother me surprisingly (didn't hear any cars as some had stated in reviews). But during this stay, there was A LOT of opening and closing of doors throughout the night that kept waking me up. I'm a light sleeper. Maybe it was just that night, but bring earplugs just in case if you're a light sleeper like me. The location is closer to my daughter's college and it's a better location than where I normally stay when I visit her. I like that it's right off I-91 with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. I plan to stay there again when I have to visit her for her last 2 years. Hopefully the stay will be just as good in the future. Overall, very PLEASANTLY surprised and HAPPY with my 2 day stay!

The door is not damaged in any of our rooms, if doors are damaged the room would of been placed out of order and there is something called COVID going on right now thats why we don't have breakfast and there are signs in the lobby for that, if you were not happy about that you could cancelled reservations.

Your room is near the exit, and many guest do use the exit area to smoke, however the room was non-smoking and you should of had no issues. We have many guest request the room by the exit for easy access and never had a issue
