My room (first floor, in the back, near the exit furthest from the lobby) smelled like smoke so much that when I got home and unpacked, my clothes still smelled like smoke.

Consistent with expectations. Clean. Easy to access.

Heater was LOUD! Didn’t sleep! But I’ve stayed on other occasions with no issues so may be just that room!

The location was very convinience. The breakfast was excessively poor.

They should post notice that your hotel parking lot is the staging area for illegal street racing down Foxon Blvd, as well as in the Walmart parking lot across the street. From the loud music and revving engines, my 7 year old son had gotten NO sleep since this started at 11:00 pm. This is completely unacceptable but apprently all too common judging by the people lined up along the hotel property to watch as well as the cars illegally parked in your lot. During checkout, the morning manager indicated that 4 guests left in the middle of the night and that it’s all too common. She said “Friday night was worse.” The police finally broke up the activities around 1:45am.

The weekend outside sounded like being at a race track until around 3AM

The bed is comfortable. Ice machine provide the water. The breakfast is fair. No gym. Exit door is not locked. No elevator.

The staff here is amazing! Kelly and stephanie as well as the gentlemen in the evening ( i didnt get his name) are all wonderful!!!

I liked that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Great location . Hotel needs a little renovation. Staff are very friendly specially Stephanie. She was working Thursday and Saturday

First stay! Was nervous about staying there after reading some reviews, but prayed for the best and was pleasantly surprised. Booked an "accessible double bed non-smoking" room because that was what was available on Orbitz. When I arrived, manager gave me an available "double bed non-smoking" room so that the "accessible" room would be available for those who may need it. I appreciated that. Hallway and lobby smelled of smoke (not heavily, but still detectable), but the room itself didn't have an odor of smoke so that was fine since the majority of my time was spent in the room or outside. Free Continental Breakfast was available. Goes pretty quickly, so get there early. Sink had a small leak at the rim - was fixed immediately. Being adjacent to the street did not bother me surprisingly (didn't hear any cars as some had stated in reviews). But during this stay, there was A LOT of opening and closing of doors throughout the night that kept waking me up. I'm a light sleeper. Maybe it was just that night, but bring earplugs just in case if you're a light sleeper like me. The location is closer to my daughter's college and it's a better location than where I normally stay when I visit her. I like that it's right off I-91 with lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. I plan to stay there again when I have to visit her for her last 2 years. Hopefully the stay will be just as good in the future. Overall, very PLEASANTLY surprised and HAPPY with my 2 day stay!

Room was nice. But I had to go down to the desk 4-5 times because my key wouldn't work. I don't know why the clerk's would not program the key for the total length of my stay. They would only program it for a day. Got real old

We checked out a day early because the job we were on was finished. Our card was already charged when we got there. The lady was not very nice and told me that I would have to contact Orbits for a refund. Orbits said they would contact the hotel. The hotel lied by saying I was told at the time of check-out that no refund would be given. I was never told about a refund from the hotel, only that I would have contact Orbitz. I will never use Orbits to book a hotel again, not stay at this Days Inn. I only used Orbits because of the room rate. I am contacting Wyndham, as I am a Diamond Member.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures features online. It was old and the furniture was torn. My room smelled like 100 men smoked continuously for days and I was worried the smell would be absorbed by my clothing.

Hotel is conveniently situated near places of interests. My friend and I stayed at the hotel for our trip to the Yale Harvard Bowl. Only a seven to ten minute drive away. There is nothing fancy about the hotel but it is clean and comfortable. There is a shopping mall across the street and several fast food places to eat along the main strip (though I do not eat fast food.) Wifi is good and you have your choice of double beds or Kings. There is also a first floor for smokers and the smoke doesn't radiate to the upper floors as I am not a smoker. Again, nothing fancy but a good nights sleep (also not expensive) which is why I cannot give it more than four stars. Enjoy.

Room doesn't have separate A/C or heating system. Ceiling needs to be fixed.

Room was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. Terrible smell. Very noisy as well.

Your room is near the exit, and many guest do use the exit area to smoke, however the room was non-smoking and you should of had no issues. We have many guest request the room by the exit for easy access and never had a issue
