Family Getaway

Just as described. Prefect getaway for family. Close to river tubing, good food, and Schlitterbahn. We were able to cook out and order in and had no issues. Felt very secure and secluded. Enjoyed the atmosphere and charm and the on-site pool!!

The house was so cute and the environment was so peaceful. Would rent again!

Spring break getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time at the sweet annie. The house was comfortably big and the casita was perfect. Everything we could think of was provided! The front wrap patio was perfect for morning coffee.The kiddos loved the little patio for what they called a "secret garden"The pool was the biggest attraction for the kiddos. We even enjoyed the hot tub. The distance to neighbors was at a comfortable distance.It was secluded enough we honestly felt we were somewhere else! We absolutely loved the set up of the house and enjoyed the extra space we casita provided.We definitely enjoyed all the outdoor space here as well with the BBQ pit set up. Overall all my guests loved the family time spent here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home with a casita next door. Love that it felt private even though there are other small vacation homes on the property. House was clean when we arrived with plenty of linens for our family of 4. Having access to the casita with a full restroom was nice because the main house only had one full bathroom . Would definitely book again!

Quaint Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweet Annie! The porch is dreamy and was a perfect spot for us to enjoy our morning coffee! The home itself is adorable with lots of charm and the quietness of the entire property was so relaxing! We were only in town for one night but plan on bringing a larger group to use some of the other places on the property for a weekend getaway where we each have our own space but will all be together. Sweet Annie will be my personal choice to stay on that trip!

Long weekend in New Braunfels

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a good weekend with this rental property. The property “Sweet Annie” with a casita. It is in a small compound setting with a bordering fence all the way around all the 4 houses. It is right off of 306, but that really wasn’t an issue. The pool is nice, as are the grounds. The management company personnel were very good on communication and were always polite and responsive. I would recommend this property, but more specifically the New Braunfels Escapes management company for rentals in this area.

Stay at Sweet Annie - Really Sweet!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at the Sweet Annie. There was some issues and the agency responded quickly. There is inadequate out door lighting. If we had been aware, we would have brought flashlights. The trip from the main house to the casita was very dark. The lights at the gate were not working, so returning at night was somewhat difficult. We had a severe drop in temperature on our last day and night. There were no blankets to be found. Even with those minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend this unit to families and friends for a getaway. If we are back in the area, we would consider returning to this property. We have even discussed renting this one and maybe one of the other units in the compound for family.Our stay was relaxing and the table was large enough for all of us to eat together and play games.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older than I thought. Outside porch was dirty , bird poop was large in the corner, couch hadn't veen dusted off in a while and porch need power washed. You could also see through the stained glass window at night in bathroom so we had to cover window up with foil.
