Awesome Stay

We’ve stayed at these properties for about 6-7 years now. We love coming to this place. There is plenty of space by the river for canopies/chairs. Bambi is always a pleasure to work with working out the details of our trip. She provides responses in a quick and timely manner. We’ll keep coming back every year until we can’t!

Summer Slam

We had another great year staying at Bambi’s property! Can’t say it enough but this is a great location with a lot of room on the river! The house is wonderful, spacious and clean. Can’t wait to book again!

Perfect property for a girls getaway!

Cliff view is a great location for a group of girls that want to enjoy the river without the hassle of floating. We drove our coolers and chairs down to the river bank and sat right down in the water for two full days of fun! #14 was clean and spacious enough to comfortably sleep 12 girls. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Perfect Place

This house was perfect for our annual friends trip! Bambi is always super responsive and helpful should anything arise. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the access to the river is the amazing. Will continue to book with Bambi!

Great Location

This home was very large and had room for a LOT of people, and the location was great. The only issue I had is that the grill outside was very rusted and poorly maintained & it was clear the home was not properly cleaned before our stay. The floors were VERY dirty, countertops had gunk on them, etc. additionally, ‘sweeping the floors’ was one of the to-do items on our checkout list. On the plus side: The listing said that we basically had to bring everything is takes to operate a home except for sheets. However, most of the items we were told we needed, were already there. We will definitely stay there again next year.

Second timer at this property

Second time staying here. Back to back years. Great location for floating or just setting up a canopy in the edge of the river and enjoying the relaxation. Host communication was top notch. Will be back again!

What an amazing place. It was so well cared for and the host was such a great communicator. The location is ideal for a family or group of friends. Location was perfect as it just a few steps from the river. We had so much fun here we look to return again some day soon.

We rented for my sister in law's Bachelorette weekend. The property was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk down to Caps and rent rubes to float the river. Only issue is reception is spotty so have all of the gate codes and key lock codes written down before arrival. Took a card, looking forward to renting again!

Will be back

We absolutely loved this spot! The cabin! The Location! And will be back! Plenty of room! Plenty of beds! Super convenient! The only thing we had issues with was not being cooled down enough at night. It wasn’t miserable but we like 70-72 and it felt more like 75. We bought fans to help us out.
