The Space:
Welcome to Comal Escape, this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Inverness Condominiums that is next door to Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Beautiful large deck, a pool overlooking the river and direct river access!! High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig. The condo has dedicated parking and a beautiful pool right on the River. It has a large wood deck with tables and chairs and a long grassy waterfront with grills and picnic tables. River access as well. You are sure to have a great time!
Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away.
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

We enjoyed staying in your condo! The location is great. You might want to list the Keurig k-cup coffee maker online as it only said a coffee filter maker, and thus we brought ground coffee. Great Condo!

Inverness definitely provided the stay that has rejuvenated us before starting a new school year. The property was pristine and the condo was clean and welcoming. The ability to drop right into the Comal and take the short float to the exit bridge was great. The walk back to Inverness was approximately 1/10 of a mile. So easy we would just dropped right back in upon our return! 😁 Thank you Inverness & New Brunsfels for providing a great getaway!
