Check in was smooth and the front desk clerk was friendly and informative. The condo was clean and comfortable. The amenities were nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, mini golf, and lake fishing. The only negative we found was that the in condo jacuzzi tub did not work, which was disappointing to my kiddos and there were no pots or pans in the unit, just random pieces of cooking equipment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Nice place to rest

Beautiful area, comfort home. Check in was a bit complicated because they close at 17:00. We had to call a number and ask for instructions. Pool was good, comfortable beds, a little far from downtown, but good for quietness and rest.

The unit was as described. It is a slightly older unit, which is fine. We could have used instructions on how to use the washing machine in the welcome packet. The wifi and cell phone reception were bad. A booster need to be added. The office staff were very helpful and tried to help with the wifi and cell issues.

This place was a DUMP. It was dirty,it stunk. Sinks were clogged or had no stopper. Air conditioner did not work well. The card key lock was ment for inside not outside. It failed and we had to wait for maintenance to let us in. I could go on and on about how bad this place was.Over all this place was GETTO!!!!! If Expedia uses this type of place, we probably won't book with them. Complete wast of money.

We were very upset that we had two mice visit us hours upon arrival. We did find mice droopings in the cupboards and our downstairs shower floor was cracked so we could not use it. The location is beautiful and although the property is dated, it has a nice floor plan. Very disappointed with the issues we encountered and we were told to contact Expedia for reimbursement for the day we did not stay ( left early due to mice ) and no resolution

Old, needs updating, but clean.

For the price, it was fine, it’s clean minus the cobwebs that were all outside. Inside it’s a bit rundown (80s decor and fixtures). The Rec center and both pools are very nice. The playground is good for kids and my daughter had fun feeding the turtles in the pond. The biggest issue I had was that the electronic DOOR was dying. We checked in, got our keys, then (after having to drive 5-10 mins to the condo) found the keys didn’t work. After about 20 swipes, and a call to the emergency line, it finally took. I went to get some groceries and we had the same problem when we got back, only this time we had to have someone come out. For the duration of the stay, we just jammed paper in the lock so it didn’t latch and we didn’t get locked out again. Really, aside from that we enjoyed our stay.
