One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere, everything you need is provided. The host is great and responds quickly. The property is cleanly and feels very homey. Will definitely be staying here anytime we decide to visit in the future 🙌

Great shore house, shared property
I think the listing needs to be updated to reflect the fact that you are not renting the entire home, just the first floor. There is a tenant on the second floor (with their own entry) and they have access to the basement. This was not made clear until after we had booked. We were able to hear footsteps and TVs playing late at night/early in the morning.
That said, everything else about the property was as described. The beds were soft, the linens were fresh, everything else was immaculately clean, all of the furnishings are modern, and the hosts did a great job with their updates. Communication with the hosts was great, the check in process was easy, the location is near train tracks (as any location in this area will be).
I would recommend staying here, just with the right expectations about the property and having an occupied unit above you.
