"John and Maggie have tremendous talent for creating the best atmosphere in a northwoods setting. Hamner’s Hideaway was a glorious place to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends!First of all, they provide you with absolutely everything, from stocking the kitchen with spices, having multiple kayaks for anyone interested in fishing/cruising, VERY comfortable beds with plenty of space, a STOCKED game room with everything needed to entertain, it goes on and on!We played golf (right nearby), reloaded with snacks/drinks at a nearby giant Kwik Trip, played pool/ping pong, and sat outside by the bonfire enjoying the beautiful stars.11/10 and will come again! Go there if you’re on the fence!"

"We had a great stay at Eagles Perch. The house was great and had a good variety of amenities for our group. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before our stay. The house is in a great location not far from some local restaurants and bars but located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying at Eagles Perch!"
