We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were beautiful, but what stood out most of all was the staff. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was so nice, knowledgeable, and helfpul. From the bartenders to the front desk, restaurant staff were so amazing.
Eat at the on site restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is so good.

From check in to check out everything went smoothly. Staff at check in and the restaraunt was very friend and extremely professional. Shanoy at the restaraunt exceptionally accomodating by dropping off a breakfast menu to our room because we couldnt down liaf the app. Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. We had a positively wonderful stay at the Cliff Hotel. We hated to leave the property as it was so nice. Julian, our butler, was absolutely the best! She was so attentive and helped us arrange transportation, meals, etc. And she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable with special touches. My only suggestion might be to add a more casual type snack bar to grab a sandwich and a coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was perfect!
