Overall….the unit was nice. It was small, which was hard to tell from the original photos. It needs some work however. The door to the laundry pantry was broken, and looked as if it had been that way for a while. The dryer was not sitting on top of the washing machine, and was not level. The refrigerator ice maker was inop or not hooked up. No shower in master bathroom. The elevator was broken for two days, so We did not stay there after the first night. We rented a house instead. It basically sucked, and we will not stay there again. S

Bad Experience

First: this is our 3rd rental from this complex. We were significantly disappointed with cleanliness. There was mold on inside of washer, human hair on floor, who knows what else. The location is great, beautiful view of water, and aside from loose railing on balcony nice to sit outside. The rest left something to be desired. There were no rugs anywhere inside, so coming in from outside regardless of where you were there was no escaping the sand. Toilet in main area rocket from left to right. The shower door knob was loose and twist easily preventing shower from closing. There were obvious signs of animals, torn screen, baseboard and door trim scrapes from what appeared to be scratching. I reported all of these things to property mgmt on day 1 via phone and text including pictures without resolution. In full transparency, they did attempt to call on day 2 which I missed due to beach activities but they did not leave a message or attempt a second time. Will not stay in this condo again.

one week stay

Very good, no problems, excellent location away from busy part of the Fla. panhandle. Would recommend this location for anybody who wants a more relaxing spot.

No shower in the master bath

We loved the location of this property, and the peoperty conpany was great to deal with. But, there is no shower in the master bedroom, and the only shower is very small. The TV in the living room was also flashing the whole time we were there. We like this part of Navarre, but we wouldnt stay in this unit again.

Perfect vacation spot!

Our condo was a great place for our family of 6 to stay during our trip to Navarre. We enjoyed the location, the ease of walking straight out to the beach, and the amenities in our condo. Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool. It was the perfect size and very safe at a max of 5ft. It was also never crowed. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. It was a super easy walk. So easy to go back and forth when the kids got hungry or wanted to do something different. Great view and unlike other places we saw closer to the pier you didn't have to rent an umbrella or stake out your spot...there was almost always room in the front row regardless of when we went down to the beach (visited early June). Kids loved the full size bunk beds. Everything you needed was provided, including dishwashing detergent, coffee, dishes, and any appliances you would need for cooking and eating there. Great stay. I highly recommend it!

First timers in Navarre

Definitely paying for the view in this unit!! Stunning view, right on beach, easy access, good parking. Loved having good carts to carry belongings via elevator to the unit. Unit is dated, could use a few improvements, upgrades, and maintenance. Examples, TP holder falling completely out of wall, toilet runs, no light bulb in microwave, ice maker was clogged, spackle left on ceiling unpainted, beach chairs heavily stained. All items reported to property manager; however none required an emergency during our stay and we requested for them to wait till we left. Every person at management company was pleasant and professional.

This apartment has a a great view. Other than that it was tired and in much need of some TLC. The paint is peeling in the bathrooms, toilet paper bracket anchors are literally falling off the wall, killed a roach in the kitchen, not mention we didn’t even get a new roll of toilet paper in the hallway bathroom to start out with! Both pots we took out to use literally had food stuck to them which may explain the roach! Our family saves and plans for each and every trip we take. It was frustrating to pay the rate and not to feel like it was clean and fresh. It was just ok. Also, communication with the owner was terrible. The wonderful lady named Stephanie who manages the property eventually stepped in but it was frustrating getting to that point so we’d be confirmed and not “pending”. The entire experience apart from the view was just …OK.

Paradise on the beach

The condo was perfect! Communication with the property owner was excellent. Condo was in a perfect location for us ~ down a mile or from the pier. Unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We will book again through them. Thanks!

Simple, Clean, Best Location

If you're looking for clean, simple, and low crowds, this is it !!! No frills, just simple and clean. Property manager was the tops, so helpful. Loved the jacuzzi tub in master bath, after a hot day on the beach. Convenient places to eat, shops and grocery stores...even a Walmart. You won't be disappointed.

Found Tranquility

Location provides peace and quiet from the crowding near the pier. Facility is well maintained and up to date. Ample parking. Carts for use when hauling items up/down elevator. Outside water hose and shower to rinse off when coming off beach. We will be back!

Great beach and nice accommodations

The beach is amazing and just a short trek from the condo. Amazing view from the balcony. Very quiet and relaxing. The condo was clean and had plenty of dishes and cooking ware. The only downside was that online it states there are 2 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards. There are NOT! We decided not to bring these to save space in the car, only to find out there was just 1 beach chair and no boogie boards for our kids. The office mgr was super friendly and provided some local info and great suggestions. Will definitely come back!!!

Girls trip

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Clean and wonderfully stocked. Location was perfect . Gulf views were absolutely stunning. It was very low key and we had a great stay. Close to local restaurants as well. Stephanie was amazing and helped with recommendations for dining and activities. I will definitely be back.

Well worth the money

Over the years, I've booked many condos along the Gulf Coast, but for the money, this was my very favorite. Though not fancy or extravagant, the unit was clean, comfortable, well equipped and the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico were as beautiful from this location as from the most expensive homes on the beach. I will most definitely consider this unit again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation on a reasonable price.
