Excellent stay, exceeded our expectations. Fully stocked kitchen has everything we needed, clean condo and very comfortable beds. Beautiful view directly on the gulf and the pool being heated was a nice surprise

Excellent location but the water in the bath wouldn’t get hot in the master bedroom. The sliding doors need to be replaced. Overall it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again

I wanted to leave a very detailed review with the pros and cons of this unit. Pros: probably one of the cleanest condos we've stayed in. It is in a very quiet area and there are many friendly older people that stay there. The walk to the beach is easy, and the pool is heated which was wonderful. The view is amazing and it has a good sized balcony. We appreciated having the cleaning products and toiletries to get us started. The master bathroom is beautiful. Communication with itrip was easy. We had some issues with items in the condo itself which takes me to the cons: The patio lights, ceiling fan light, and ice maker in the fridge did not work. The balcony screen door would fall off the track when you opened it. We did not know about the ice maker until later but messaged about the lights and the screen door. They sent someone right away but he couldn't fix anything.Everything they put up was crooked or done poorly. The kitchen was not well stocked. We enjoy cooking and there were very few things to work with. I've thrown away better pans than we were able to use there. I'm not trying to sound nitpicky but we've stayed in much nicer condos in PCB for way cheaper. There were so many little things that were off that shows there was little care or pride shown in the condo. We did enjoy our time together but I don't think we would return.

This was one of the most comfortable condos we have stayed in; couch, chairs and bed were all very comfortable! We enjoyed this stay very much! Emerald Surf has always been one of our favorite places to stay!

Beautiful view and location! Condo was clean and very comfortable! Master bedroom was also very comfortable and the view was beautiful! My only complaint would be that the living room sliding door was very difficult to open and close. A young child would not be able to open! Would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed over Labor Day weekend and couldn’t be more thankful with the ease of check in process. The unit was clean and smelled good. The view was amazing. The pool was clean and the other guests staying at the complex were friendly and polite. Refrigerator made tons of ice and you can’t beat walking from your room to the ocean in 5 minutes. The only cons I could think of was the water heater didnt seem to get very hot and there were a few ants in the living room against the far wall. Very minor issues. I would love to bring my family back here to stay in the future.

Great View & Easy Beach Access

Wonderful stay, we loved the big balcony & excellent view.While beach access isn’t handicap accessible (stairs over the dune bridge), it was super easy to lift the beach wagon & ice chest with two people. Just head down from the condo and walk out to the beach! No crazy beach crowds, lots of shelling.It was a lovely quiet condo with a nice pool.The rug inside was cozy and great for playing on the ground in the living room with our kiddo.Comfy beds, great kitchen layout, and great bathrooms. Zero complaints, would stay again!

Oceanfront Paradise

We loved our stay at Emerald Surf! The owners had plenty of necessity starters and a very new washer and dryer which helped in keeping things clean. The kitchen was updated, beds were comfortable, and the property was clean. We definitely would want to stay here again!
