Adult Family vacation

This was our first time at Navarre Beach and it was wonderful! The house was perfect for our family of 6. And right on the beach made it extra special!

Fun vibe

It was a fun and nice place for our family! I had no communication issues before we checked in, but I called and sent a text that the WiFi was not working and no one ever responded. I run two business and having no WiFi made things very difficult for me. Other than that we would return.

Great location and space

This townhome was a great location on Navarre Beach for us; far enough from the pier to be quiet but still within 2 miles of activities and restaurants. Clean, very well appointed, everything running/working as it should with plenty of amenities.

Lovely gulf front townhome

Home was end unit of fourplex which was so nice. It was well apportioned and met all expectations. We are a small family but the incredible outdoor space on ground floor would be great for a large get-together. Loved the outdoor gas fire pit on the cold nights. Navarre Beach is our favorite beach anywhere!

Beautiful views and location/ not very clean

We loved the views and location to the beach. The bonus room downstairs was a nice surprise as well. However, my child walked around barefoot in the living room for an hour and his feet were literally black, found dirty earplug and old chips in the couch, guest bathroom shower didn’t work (I would have called someone had I know but my in-laws said they didn’t want to bother anyone), shower head in master bath dripped constantly, panel on master bathtub was off and laying on the floor, vent above master toilet dripped water on whoever was sitting there. Empty soap container left at the kitchen sink. A neighbor two doors down stopped us on our way to the beach to ask if we would let people into the house to put rat traps in the attic… um that is not our responsibility. For such a location you would think the details like cleanliness would be addressed at a higher standard.

Wonderful family vacation

We are already looking to book for next year! We had an amazing vacation. The location on the beach is perfect. Neighbor-Owners next door were so friendly and became friends. Our son LOVED playing us in basketball in the downstairs Rec area. The beach was amazing and super easy access from the property. Home was clean, nicely appointed and great location. Loved it!

Florida Beach House Beauty

This townhome was well appointed with fun spots to enjoy the ocean view. The living room, upstairs deck, tiki bar area, back patio.. we had a great family vacation in Navarre here. Could use a little more utensils, better pans and spatulas, tongs in the kitchen, but overall very nice. Our kids enjoyed the basement decor and beach toys. There are a LOT of stairs if you’re not used to them but we managed just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place on the Beach

The property was as described, but better. Very clean and comfortable. Outdoor areas were spacious with plenty of seating. Garage area was a bonus we weren’t even aware of, with another seating and TV area, games, and tons of toys and beach gear. Plenty more than our family of 5 could have easily fit in and enjoyed this space! Right on the beach with beautiful views through every window. Only minor complaint was the beds and pillows could definitely use an upgrade. We enjoyed staying in this home very much. This area in Navarre Beach is quiet, laid-back and relaxing. We wanted to get away from crowds and spring break madness, but this was almost too secluded. There are a few restaurants on the island only, and virtually no other activities or things to do in close proximity. Fortunately, the beach is right there and provided plenty to make us happy! Definitely recommend this place!

Tiki bar and beauty and the beach for the win!

The indoor space was excellent, the outdoor area was amazing for hosting family and friends. Easy access to the beach and overall a great quiet and amazing family spring break vacation. Hope to be back next year!

Girl Trip

The home was wonderful. All the stairs were a bit more challenging than I had imagined but it had everything you might need, even beach chairs and water toys. The decks were relaxing and the bedroom views were beautiful. The check in proceedure was simple. The ice machine on the fridge didnt work and the outside fire wouldn't come on for us, it may have been out of fuel. We didnt mention either however. It just wasnt a big deal to us. The beach was so beautiful, water crystal clear. The whole experience was just as relaxing as advertised. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent stay

This rental property was one of the best we have seen in Navarre Beach. The beach house was spotless when we arrived. The property manager was very welcoming and kind. Everything at the house was very well organized and clean. Excellent stay!! thank you.
