I- in the 1st. floor, get a room with a double bed qeem, 1 wardrobe, split air conditioning; 1 semi room with a treliche, singleton, split air conditioning, dresser; wc; with sea view.

II- On the ground floor: American full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots, cutlery and crockery, sofa bed, TV 32 "LCD, Console, Split Air Conditioning; 200 meters from the seafront, the beach of Ponta Negra.

.Vivier to the back of Hotel Divi Divi, facing Av. Eng. Roberto Freire, Ponta Negra, Natal (RN), with wi-fi.

NOTE: You will walk to restaurants, the best Christmas, bars, beach, crafts center, bakery, pharmacy, car rental, hotels, shopping center, shopping centers, bus stop, cinema.

Proprietário confuso

As instalações são razoáveis. Mas o proprietário é um pouco confuso. Avisei que estava indo com minha irmã e só havia deixado roupa de cama em uma única cama. Só tinha meio rolo de papel higiênico e nenhum sabão ou bucha para as louças. No site do Alugue Temporada não há qualquer menção ao pagamento de luz à parte. Mas foi cobrado. Depois de pagar tudo que foi cobrado, o proprietário ainda me mandou mensagem desagradáveis pelo Whatsapp reclamado que ainda não tinha recebido do Alugue Temporada, reclamado que paga anuidade, sendo que eu paguei mais de 10% para o Alugue Temporada e ainda me disse que eu não deveria ter pagado no site. Disse que eu tinha que reservar, não pagar, pra ele cancelar e depois eu assinar o contrato com ele. Como eu sou muito certinha, achei isso um pouco feio. Enfim... uma grande bagunça no final da hospedagem. Mas o imóvel é razoável e bem localizado.
