We had an incredible stay at Pink Palms in Nassau! The home was absolutely beautiful — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the island while still feeling like a private retreat.What truly set this stay apart was the host. They were exceptional from start to finish — responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable.We loved every minute at Pink Palms and would gladly stay here again. The house is as cute as the pictures! Sam and Meddy were very responsive and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us to hang out together. We’d recommend to friends for sure!

Family Vacation, three couples and a baby for one week

The property is amazing. There is so much detail that went into the restoration of this house we really liked the layout. We used the indoor and outdoor dining options and the plunge pool. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We cooked a couple meals, hired a chef a couple night and ate at the local restaurants. The Pink Palms is very close to the beach, stores, restaurants and the bus stop to take us downtown. We highly recommend the Pink Palms and loved our stay there.

RIP OFF for the price - only 4 pool chairs!!! And cottage guests hogged daily!

Only 4 pool chairs and two couples from the two cottages lived in them. My family of 6 rented the house that sleeps 8. We only had a pool chair 1 day; To only have 4 chairs when you possibly have 14 tenants is ridiculous. Jacuzzi hot tub. They call it a 2nd private pool for the house which is a joke. No lay down chairs or sun. It has lights and bubbles, but she doesn’t heat the hot tub nor the pool. My daughter got stung by two wasps by the pool as they are nesting in the gate doors to the pool.Pillows on beds were horrible. Saw 3 cockroaches and ants. No garbage disposal, no dishwasher soap. The kitchen/entry area is a different height than the main dining and family room. We kept tripping on the 1.5 inch gap. Texted the owner; never got response on toilet paper, The day before leaving she said she never saw my text; but then pulled up the text right in front of me. She only gave each bathroom 2 rolls of TP; and they were cheap with little paper on the rolls.Beach – the property is a quick walk to the beach – but it is right next to SANDALS resort; there were guards that wouldn’t let us past the property to walk the beach. They have a pier and won’t even let you walk to it to get across it. The road to get to from the property is right off the main drag – but the view is obscured by a fence and is very hard to pull out from. Queen bedroom: TV service not good nor available several nights. Door squeaks and sink faucet handle hard. No TVs in both King bedroo

amazing property ; a villa right near the beach

we stayed here with our family (4 adult children and some of their partners) . the location is amazing. its right on/near cable beach. there is a little road you walk maybe one block and you are on the beach. you can also walk to starbucks, the grocery store, and several delicious restaurants ... all walkable. the actual property is amazing. we stayed in the main house. it has a private plunge pool and outdoor dining area (we ate most all of our meals out there). there is also a shared pool and gym / grill area. it feels like your at a villa in a little private resort. the hosts are amazing, we love this property and will come back for sure !

Perfect Getaway

We had everything we needed. We sure come back! Grocery Stores are close to the Condo. Pool and Gym are perfect. Everything was clean. The interior ist amazing! We loved it!

Beauty at Cable Beach!

I can't explain how pleased my family and I were when we arrived at the Pink Palms. The pictures do not do the design and decor justice! Sam has made this remodeled home into a mini castle from the decked out rooms to the outdoor landscaping to the pool and jacuzzi. We stayed in the main house and had a chef come and cook for one of our days (Chef Thompson). Also, Sam recommended local cab drivers for our stay in Nassau, which was very helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break perfection

We stayed at the Pink Palms with family for spring break and loved it! The location was great and the communication with the property manager was great and personal. The cottage was cozy and we loved the deco! Highly recommend and hope we will be back soon!

Spring Break

The Pink Palms was even nicer in person than the photos. The house is very spacious and has everything you might need from a rental home. The location was amazing close to the beach, Starbucks, great dining and the grocery store. All of the above less than a few minute walk. Host was helpful with taxi and dining recommendations. The house really made our trip special. Thank you!

Great for 2 families

The 2 master suites upstairs are great for parents, and the kids were happy in the two downstairs bedrooms. The private jacuzzi is nice and the Shared pool area is great. restaurants, bars groceries and shopping within a short walk. Host provided chairs and beach umbrellas for great beach days. Overall a great place!

Great Vacation Rental!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our party. The main house is set up with 2 en suites upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs with a Jack and Jill between them. The plunge pool and private deck area is great. There are 3 additional small units, 2 of them are in the courtyard of the main pool area, so there are people coming and going. The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of beach towels too. The location is great…as others have said, walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The property is also about 500 yards down the road from a public beach access. The access has vendors that will set up chairs and umbrellas for you. The property manager was very easy to work with, responsive and accommodating!

Pink House

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful pink house! It is a great location 3-minute walk to the beach, a 5-minute walk to the market, a 2-minute walk to a very good Italian restaurant, and 10-12 minutes by car to the big hotels. We enjoyed so much and had a great time in Bahamas in the comfort of this pretty house.
