We use this service as well as others often....This was one of the nicest, cleanest, well equipped, safest and in a super location! Gated entry, well secured doors and all electronic entries. The host were amazing and so responsive. We always try not to bother but they were wonderful. As a bonus, the speakeasy in the basement felt like your own private club. Staff there were also very kind and knowledgeable!We love Nashville and visit often. So, this being our best ever says a lot
The property is well photographed in the listing. But the speakeasy is kind of a hidden treasure

We enjoyed our stay and thought that the building was super cool! The listing is as-shown in the pictures. We LOVED the "speakeasy" located in the same building, so cool and convenient. The only negative for us was communication. The power went out during our stay, nobody answered call or responded to us for hours. Also, nobody communicated to us about the pool. It was 80 degrees each day we were there and the pool was full of leaves and debris, it was "closed" for a few days is what someone told us. Nobody from the property management told us (the host or otherwise) That was a big bummer as we booked the property because it had a pool.

Building was cool. Apartment was perfect for two people. Lots of light and really clean. Unique looking. Check in was simple and location was a short Uber ride from Broadway. Having a cool bar right in the basement was the cherry on top

Best stay of our lives

We stayed here over the New Year’s weekend and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The communication? 10/10, the location? 10/10, the property location? 10/10. The morning of checkout I asked for a late checkout (would normally never do but night before had a family emergency and could’ve really used the extra minutes. They responded immediately and granted us an extra several hours! Saved the rest of our trip from sleep deprivation! So grateful to have experienced this and will definitely be back as soon as I can!

Bed was comfy, place was well decorated, loved the pillow chair for morning tea and reading my book ,kitchen and fridge were great, could have used a kettle, shower had good pressure, just a few min from BRDWY. The place could have used a deep clean, toothbrush cup had old toothpaste and hair in it, lots of dust! Would stay here again really cute place!

Nice apartment, not so nice location

The apartment was very nice. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt like the location was not as "user friendly " as I would have liked. No restaurants close and when my boyfriend walked the two blocks to the convenience store to get some things he was followed by a gentleman on a bike asking for money. That's in no way a reflection on the owners or the property itself, but just an experience we had while staying there that was a bit unnerving. The property itself was very secure and we felt safe while there.

Bday get away

Went to hang out in Nashville for wifes birthday, had wonderful time, apartment was in a neat location & very hip. You can see various city buildings from the windows, didnt get to them but has a workout room, pool & bar in basement. If you dont want to stay right downtown, thi is nice alternative, short drive to about everything

The only issue we had were the neighbors and coming in at 1:30 am blaring music while we were sleeping and had to be up at 3:30 to catch a flight.

Weekend getaway

Loved our stay at the 1865. We prefer to stay away from broadway during the busy nighttime so this was perfect. Nice quick Uber ride but still far enough to be quiet. The speakeasy was a great added perk when we were ready to step away from the busy nightlife on Broadway.

Really cool place to stay

Property was clean. A small issue with the building door code but owner responded immediately and it was resolved. The elevator was down a few times but took the stairs and was not a big deal. This was a very trendy clean apartment and felt very safe. Had to ask for a few little favors but owner was fantastic. Just want to thank them for sharing this cool place with us❤️❤️

Great place

Our stay at Tobacco 309 was great overall. Very clean and comfortable. We did feel the pool area was smaller than represented in the listing. Guess it ended up ok since it rained a fair portion of the time. We'll be back.

A Great Location to Take a Break from the Hustle and Bustle of Broadway

An excellent, nicely furnished and well-outfitted accommodation with many amenities provided. Very comfortable. Very clean. Everything appears to be in brand new/excellent condition. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown; this makes it quiet, but does mean that almost everything is out of walking distance. The owner provided the absolute best online Guest Information Book we have ever seen! Covers just about everything you’d want to know about the unit, the building, and the area. When we did have a question or a request, the owner responded very quickly and provided very helpful, detailed information. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

Love it! Aesthetics, location, perfect!

Loved our stay here so much! The aesthetics of the building are just so perfect. The location was perfect for us and we got to all of our destinations within minutes. So clean and so many amenities provided for us and access to the building and room were very easy. If I am lucky to visit Nashville again, I would def look to stay here again, too. Thank you so much!

One of the best

I loved this property. Felt completely safe. I loved all the amenities. We have stayed in many others and some did not have cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner just to name a few. Only one thing. Not sure what the cleaning process is but there was crusty dry food in one of the pans out of the cabinets. I just washed it really good and I know things go missed. If we come back we will defiantly seek you out or find another property of yours. Thank you

Amazing weekend getaway

We had a great stay here! Walking distance from A lot of great restaurants and a bit of a walk to Broadway or the gulch or a short Uber! Host was able to accommodate an early checkin and late checkout! We loved the character of this condo :)
