Was in Nashville for my daughters 21st birthday. The place was perfect for a large group. It had a well-equipped kitchen in both units. Huge plus was walking out the door into the heart of Broadway. No need for Ubers or Taxis. Everything is within walking distance. I met many people that complained about how hard it was to get transportation into the downtown area and it would have been money well spent to avoid the issues of navigating to many of the places. I must admit that the unit is very noisy with loud music, cars, and people yelling, but if you are in Nashville to party and have a great time then this is the place.The beds are huge and the mattresses are comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms in each unit and never had issues with hot water or lack of towels. The fridge was huge and allowed us to store drinks and food easily. A simple text with door codes was sent on check in day and check out was simple. Black out curtains allowed us to sleep in and also helped beat the heat. Air conditioner worked great. Host answered my text within a few minutes. They were very responsive and text 2 times during my trip to ensure everything was to my expectations. All around great experience.
