El Cohen Loft es un loft de tercer piso bellamente restaurado en el corazón del centro de Nashville. Construido originalmente a finales de 1800, el edificio Cohen fue construido como un edificio de estilo renacentista por Meyer y Etta Brinkley Cohen.

La pareja poseía una lucrativa joyería en el primer piso y ocupaba los dos niveles superiores como su lujosa residencia en el centro. Señora. Perfect location, 2 blocks to Broadway.

The Meyer Loft was much larger than expected. The living and kitchen space is roomy and the master space and master bath was expansive. The heated floors in the master bath were a nice surprise. What we loved- 2 blocks to broadway, close to the Ryman, mobile Starbucks across the street in the Fifth Third building and the urban grocery store right next door. We could not find any sheets for the numerous folding cots, although made it work. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and would choose this VRBO again. Thank you!

Beautiful Location & Stay

The flat was perfect for our family getaway. The location couldn't have been any better. It was a short two block walk to Broadway and everything else you need is right around the flat. Great bourbon tasting room on first floor. The flat was so roomy and just an amazing place to stay. The management was so quick to respond with answers to any and all questions. Check in and out was a breeze. Ready to go back and stay at this location again!

Beautiful loft in a fantastic location just a couple blocks from Printers Alley, 5th & Broadway shopping, and Legends on Broadway( and more) ! Market was close to pick up food and bev’s or restaurants nearby too. Really appreciated the hosts being responsive when had questions! Thanks Alex & team!

Great location, home needs improvement

You are paying for the location. The space is huge, but poorly kept. Dishes were dirty, cabinets all dinged, dust hanging from ceiling. Beds and couches were comfy, but some linens dirty, no extra sheets for pull out beds. Some bedrooms the street light shown in with no curtains to block. Ice makers dirty and didn't work. No basic cooking pantry stock. And the multiple + insanely long access codes were annoying.

The property needs a deep cleaning. The couch smelled like body oder. Not having ice was ridiculous for the cost. Getting in and out of the building and finding the trash was painful.

Plenty of space and amazing location!

There were six of us and we went to Nashville to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. The property was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. The location was also absolutely amazing! You are just a couple blocks from Broadway and all of the evening’s entertainment. Pretty much everywhere else within Nashville that you would want to visit is either within walking distance or a short (inexpensive) Uber ride. Highly recommend!

Amazing location!

The Cohen loft was an amazing place to stay in Nashville! The location is perfect for walking to Broadway. The house is huge and accommodated our group of 8 perfectly! The beds are very comfortable and clean and there were plenty of towels. Any questions I had during our stay were quickly answered by the property management. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Awesome Property in Nashville

Everything was great. There was a large noise in the master bedroom sporatically in the middle of the night but believe it to be a mechanical unit from a nearby building, air conditioner or compressor or something, but this property is huge, larger than described, and location is ideal.
