Cute one bedroom, one bathroom, perfect for a couples get away! This was our first time in Nashville and the stay here made it go smoothly. Clean property, very responsive to my emails, & security on site for questions or help. Over all great experience!

Fun decor and well staffed! Beautiful pool and patio area. The train was a little loud at first but we became accustomed to it and it was even cool to be so close to the tracks! Things took a little longer to walk to than anticipated bc of having to go around the block to go under the train track tunnel. Scooters were almost always available outside the front door. It was kind of sad to continually have to walk amongst the Nashville’s homeless population on the way to restaurants and entertainment. The transient population was super friendly — I never felt unsafe.

Nicest rental we have stayed in!

This condo was an incredible find. It was fully stocked with amenities and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood had lots of cool restaurants and bars. Plus, close enough to walk to all the craziness on Broadway.

We loved our stay at the Gibson. Our first impression when we walked through tge door was that we felt right at home. The condo was spotless! The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. We'll be back again!!

My wife and I really enjoyed this room. It is walking distance to broadway and restaurants. We were cautious at first with all the homeless around and sleeping on sidewalks but they appeared to be harmless. No issues at all and we would definitely book this room again!!

Had a blast!

The property was very highly rated with amazing reviews from previous guests. It did not disappoint. We had a great stay. The place was neat, clean, up-to-date, and had everything we needed. We debated about staying here or in a local hotel. We are so happy we chose to stay at The Gibson!

Wonderful Place!

The property was clean and neat. Several amenities like qtips were available! It was located in a quiet but convenient part of town. We parked the first day in the free parking and ubered the rest of the trip. Highly recommend this place!

Family vacation

Very enjoyable. Great location in Nashville close to everything. Clean. Train tracks are very close which might be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Enjoyed the property and it’s proximity to so many great things in Nashville.

Beautiful

Beautiful condo in great location of Nashville, Very clean and high quality furniture and surfaces. Little loud due to many young people partying in the building but ear buds solved that issue. Would definitely stay again.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY AT THE GIBSON!

We fell in love the moment we walked in the door...the whole vibe of The Gibson is just so cool. The decor was awesome! The whole place was super clean and the bed was super comfortable! Our favorite part was it is within walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch (about a mile). We loved the sketch guestbook that everyone left their favorite parts of their trip to Nashville- such a cool idea! Loved all of the litte details! We for sure will be back to The Gibson!
