What a fantastic place to stay for our girls weekend! It’s beautiful, clean, and in a quiet part of town-just a quick ride share to the fun of Broadway. The host quickly responded to questions we had and made suggestions for places to eat. Pelatos was amazing!

Birthday Celebration

Nice size but lots of stairs. Needs blackout curtains in bedrooms. Not really walkable to downtown (although we did it once) but Uber and Lyft were very fast and cheap. Can’t really see downtown from the roof but since it’s on the third floor we didn’t really go up there. Very attentive for issues. Our WIFI didn’t work and they responded immediately

Fabulous 50th!

The home was PERFECT for our group of family and friends. A few minor hiccups that were fixed in an extremely timely manor. The living space was large, the main suite and second bedroom were spacious and beautifully decorated. The third floor loft was tight for adults, but we made it work! The area is nice, and going through even more construction to build the area up! I will not think twice about recommending this home experience to others! Love love love! Oh, and the cookies that were delivered to welcome us was an absolute delight! I. Will. Be. Back!

Very Good Stay

This was a very nice house and location. The property manager (Beckon Homes) was exceptional. We will look for them again. We had trouble parking when we arrived because one of the neighbors was blocking the garage. But I really can’t complain because the experience with the house was excellent.

Love this house!

This property was awesome. It was very roomy and all the beds were comfortable. The decor was updated and had lots of kitchenware. The area had cool brewery's nearby to walk to. It was also close to downtown but due to weather we took an Uber that was not too expensive. We will definitely recommend this house and/or rent here again.

Nashville hospitality

This property was just as listed. New and very clean and well stocked with all necessities. Everyone had their own space. We had six adults (3 couples) in our group. The location was a quick trip to downtown which is why we picked the location for this trip. Walkability was also a factor and there are some very cool neighborhoods and establishments within walking distance. The neighbors were all very friendly. Communication was clear and everything was as expected. We were able to store luggage early for a cost. The 10 am checkout was a bit early but we were glad to oblige. Would stay here again when in town and would recommmend to others.
