Good Location

I'll start with the good - this house is in a great location. It was only about a mile from Broadway. We hosted a small Friendsgiving and it had all of the serving utensils we needed. The speakers throughout the house were a nice tough. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were nice. We rented this location because of the rooftop, but unfortunately it was a bit too chilly to spend any time up there. Space heaters would have been ideal with detailed instructions on how to turn on & off. The first night of our stay, we realized that two beds did not have comforters, just sheets. We had looked everywhere for additional comforters. On the last day, one of the members had looked under the bed because we thought "the comforter has to be somewhere." The comforters were under the bed with a few additional pillows? The blankets were not folded, but just shoved under the bed with pillows. We did not feel comfortable using because we were unsure if they had been washed. It was odd. So two of the 4 members slept without comforters for 3 nights and that was unfortunate. I tried to message the host and received a canned email that was not helpful. They suggested looking in the drawers and closets and were not quick to respond. It was likely a miscommunication between the cleaners and host, but it was not pleasant.

A must booking

I was in charge of booking our accommodations for eight of us. I received high praise for my choice. Our accommodations suited us extremely well. The garage was large enough to accommodate the Ford Expedition, we rented. The VRBO was within walking distance to Broadway, I believe a little over a mile. We spent a couple of evenings relaxing on the roof deck, as well as enjoyed a couple of breakfasts cooked in their beautiful kitchen. I would definitely book another stay there

Nashville long weekend

Location is great, 5 minute walk to the gulch area & about 30 minute walk to broadway. House was perfect for 4 couples. Rooftop is fantastic - sun & shade. Would definitely stay again

Convenient location, roomy home, but needs a new cleaning company

This home was nice and roomy. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Pros - included amenities such as 2 dishwasher pods, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. A few garbage bags. Wasn't sure if they would have any of this. Nice kitchen but we only cooked one meal. Loved the privacy of each bedroom having their own bathroom except main floor. Cons - need a new cleaning company. The home was dirty. The white slip cover on the couch was filthy, scuff marks and dirt on walls, the floors had dust/ hair on them. Found a used mouthpiece in 1 bathroom. The cushions on the rooftop patio need to be replaced some were torn or missing. Definitely needs some love and attention to detail. Overall we did not let this ruin our trip and made the best of it. They did offer us a $150 refund. Could have done better.

Great stay in the Gulch

Great stay for group of five. Rooftop was fantastic to watch the fireworks. Firepit and grill worked out great. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Nashville Get Together

We really enjoyed the house and it worked well for the 6 of us. It was clean and within walking distance of the Gulch. One thing to know is there's parking for 2 vehicles (as stated).However, 2 fullsize trucks or SUV's may not fit in the garage. There is very limited parking on the street due to construction and maintenance vehicles. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place for our get away.

Family trip

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location. Nice home. Would stay again. Couch needs to be cleaned or replaced( that’s my only criticism) everything else was clean and in order. Communication with host was great

The Gulch

Home was located in a very convenient area to all Nashville sites....Definitely go to the Station Inn!!! The House could use some repairs, such as: Sofa is filthy, bathroom light fixtures need shades, bathroom sink is cracked, washer/dryer stunk very bad and moldy when you opened them. Overall it is a great 4 bedroom house, rooftop is great.....Just get those few things repaired and it will be 5 stars.....

Great unit but a few negatives

The unit itself was great! Our family of 5 enjoyed the location and each of the kids loved getting their own bedroom and bathroom. Although we loved the unit and setup, there were some downsides. And I’m going to dive deeper for those that like details: The floors were dirty throughout the entire unit along with all of the furniture in the den (2 chairs, a couch and rug). I wouldn’t even sit on the couch due to how visibly dirty it was. I brought coffee for my stay but was surprised to find out the owners don’t provide coffee filters. Based on the different sizes and shapes of coffee filters, I guess I was supposed to bring one of every kind as they told me I needed to supply my own filter after I got there. So I didn’t have coffee during our trip. The pillows and mattresses had all kinds of yellow stains on them and two of the four mattresses were very squeaky any time you moved on them. Needless to say, none of us slept well while we were there. The road noise was very loud in the front bedrooms, so bring ear plugs. With a few fixes I would give this 5-stars. The managers were great to work with when I reported a bathroom door handle was broken. So two thumbs up to them!

Nashville fun!

We stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration. 3 couples. Each had our own room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Walked downtown and had no problem getting a quick Uber back at night. Would stay again.
