I enjoyed my stay because it was safe and easy to get to.
Nothing pretty run down.
Didn’t like the smell or the appearance
Not clean. Rude customer service.
It looked like they were short staffed. There was a line to check in and only one staff member. There was a second person, but she just walked away with a line of about six guests. She never came back. However, the one staff member that checked us in was very friendly. As far as the property. The third floor hallway smelled bad. I think that the carpets were recently shampooed and it smelled like dirt water. However, the room itself was nice. It looks like Wyndham has recently purchased the hotel as their outside sign just had a cover that said Wyndham. Hopefully they'll fix it up and it won't be as unkept in the future. Overall, it was a good experience.
Absolutely filthy everywhere: stained, unvacuumed carpet; dirty bathroom floors and bathroom sinks; grunge in the carpet in every corner of our rooms -- and heaven only knows if the bed covers were clean or not. Very strong, pervasive smell of marijuana throughout, but we particularly noticed it on our floor -- third floor -- which was designated as no-smoking. Housekeeping never refreshed our room or brought clean towels during our stay. The blackout shade was broken and falling down in my daughters' room and the blowdryer did not work. Very humid and dank throughout the facility. "Breakfast" was dry cereal, some basic juices and coffee, a few packaged muffins and white bread with very few condiments, and a waffle machine with no non-stick spray available and therefore was clumped up with waffle batter and unsuable by the time we entered the breakfast area at 7:45 a.m. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful -- and one of them arranged for clean towels to be brought to our room after I called and asked for them;.
Was not happy with the stay everything was a total disappointment
Within an hour I discovered a flea on the bed and a tic on the floor. I trapped the tic and showed it to the nice front desk agent, Erica. She told me it was ok for me to leave and that all I had to do was call orbitz in a day or so and the room would be refunded. Orbitz and I have tried to contact the hotel and they are dodging our calls and emails. Thieves with bugs..
There was no breakfast. They said it was due to renovations, but the breakfast room had nothing being worked on. The sink was clogged. When we arrived at the room, the beds weren't fully made.
Good location and property, but in need of repair. Disappointed that NO breakfast of any kind was offered even with Covid restrictions. Not even a donut. Free breakfast is misleading.
There was a parking garage but there were homeless people living in it
value. Nice people. Room was nice. Veey close to sites and easy to get to places.
Room was clean, but the AC unit was old. Some minor remodeling ongoing. Overall satisfactory stay, fairly low rate
The kindness of the staff and very friendly when you have questions.
The property needed a lot of up keep! The first day getting there was the worst. We got into the hotel about 1245 I know check in is at 3 so we were told we had to wait. We waited in the lounge and then my son wanted to swim they allowed us to go swimming while we waited. Another kid had thrown up in the pool and I went and told the front desk and it didn’t seem to be an issue until the next day! Gross!! It was then around 2 and all I asked was to check in I was told it was to early but he would see what he could do. And even though he told me he wasn’t suppose to do it he allowed me to check in early. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you couldn’t check in a little early!! Not to mention none of the hotel staff was wearing uniforms and was wearing hoodies with the hoods up. That night we tried ordering room service because there was a brochure in our room to find out they didn’t even have it why put it in the room if you don’t offer it? Later that night I went up to use the bathroom and there was bugs in the bathroom one that seemed to look like a cockroach!! There were stains all over the bedding and towels in our room! Gross!!
This hotel is close to the Grand Ole Opry and the Mall.
Cleanliness poor. Thwy did change my room but that one also poorly cleaned.
