Great Location, Needs TLC

Well situated to enjoy 12 South Neighborhood with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. This unit could use an update. Lots of dust in bathroom vents and on the wall and many areas in kitchen and bathroom needing sheetrock / wood repairs and paint. No longer brand new construction as advertised but still a nice condo with comfortable amenities and would stay again. Check in and check out was seamless and communication was easy.

Clean, safe, quiet, and spacious condo right on 12th Ave S. Perfect for folks who want good food, shopping, and an easy drive to downtown Nashville without the honky tonk atmosphere. Would stay here again.

12 South Dream Property

This condo could be my new favorite place to stay when I visit my son in Nashville. Location is ideal for enjoying the 12 South lifestyle. Safely walk everywhere in the area. Easy Uber transit to other parts of the city. Added bonus if you are cookie lover, Christie's snickerdoodle scent welcomes you home (cookie bakery located in the same building.)

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay on 12 South! We have been to Nashville several times and each time have stayed in a different area. I knew this area was very safe and family oriented, which is why I chose it for this particular trip. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable. I felt that the kitchen amenities were slightly lacking, there wasn’t a baking dish or a cooking sheet to be found. Also note, there were no plastic wraps or foil, parchment paper or anything like that. Most of the places I have stayed in the past have these items. These truly are minimal things as you don’t come to Nashville to stay inside and cook! The hosts were wonderful, responsive and very accommodating. I highly recommend the apartment and would love to stay here again.

12 South Perfection

Perfect location with great amenities. Parking included in the stay is a nice bonus. We were very appreciative the property included both k-cups and ground coffee and creamer! A nice added touch. We will be back! Thank you Scarlet and Mark, you were helpful and quick to respond on everything.

Perfect location!!

Location cannot be beat. Parking is convenient. Hosts are very responsive and were accommodating which was very appreciated. We took a 10 minute Lyft ride to Broadway and a 10 minute Lyft ride to East Nash. So many great areas within a short distance. Would love to come back and stay at another condo hosted by same hosts that faces the Main Street in 12 South. 204 faces back/parking lot. We brought a sound machine based on reviews which I highly recommend - street noise and neighbors can be easily heard.

Beautiful condo, necessities in short walks, short drives to all in Nashville

This condo is an amazing alternative to pricey Nashville hotels. The spaciousness and excellent condition of the condo was far better than a hotel room. Kitchen was well stocked, and parking was especially convenient. Also, the elevator made it super convenient. Very quiet, no noise from within or outside building. Across the street is White Bison Coffee is like half Panera/half convenience store, open until 10p. Next store to the condo building on one side is Edley’s Bar-B-Que, and the other side is Bartaco. Seemed close to everything, my meetings at JW Marriott were about a 10 minute drive.

Perfect location and amenities

This apartment had a spacious kitchen/loving space, and large bed and bath. It was in the heart of 12 South where we could walk to many dining and shopping options. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here!
