Everything was super clean & the kitchen was well stocked. It was the perfect place to celebrate an early Christmas with family! Beds were comfy & nothing was lacking. Great location too.

Beautiful well-appointed home with all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is nice and the home sits on a large sloped lot with a ravine full of wildlife. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and gas nearby. This home met all our needs, and my husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay

We were very comfortable here. The backyard is very steep. Mount Juliet is a nice area. Our son lives in Brentwood. Many things in Nashville and Brentwood seem very far away because of traffic around Nashville. This area is quiet and comfortable.

Family weekend event

We had a good time, and enjoyed our time in TN. The home was very comfortable with a lot of amenities for family convenience. It was a litte out of the way, but that can also be a good thing depending on your needs. Thank you for opening up your space.

The house was cute but it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. There were dead bugs, dirt and dust in every corner and the dishes and pots and pans were dirty.

No forks

The place was very nice. The place had no forks. Had to go and buy plastic forks. Also the couch and recliner real need to be replaced. The place was very clean and well kept up. The location at the end of the street was very quiet and peaceful.

My Juliet home

great location. would be a whole lot nicer if a little money was invested. needs new beds, lots of wear and tear on kitchen table and chairs. neighbor had a security camera right on us. Couldn't even sit on the front porch without being videotaped.

Disappointed

The house neighborhood was pleasant but the house needed a complete renovation. Master bed unstable, master TV old only 6 channels. Kitchen needed new pots, pans etc .. there were pots with no handles . Decor was 90’s furniture old and broken . The last day of our stay the lock code was changed and we couldn’t get in . Beware pet fees are (200dollars) for 10 days added but bill isn’t itemized so it took me three calls to the toll free number to figure that out . I should have thought twice when I tried to contact the host never receiving a response . VRBO has lost a customer.

Quiet charmer

The house was very nice. Located in a quiet little neighborhood. Everything we needed and it was so nice to be able to bring our dog. The only negatives: Couch was not very comfortable-cushions worn out and one of the recliners was broke-didn't try the other one. Also it would have been nice to have a "TV Guide" for channels rather than having to surf and remember. And although it had a deck, we could not let our dog out there without us as the gate at the stairs the slats were wide enough for her to slip through.

School function

We arrived around 2:15 check in was 4. I sent email in advance about early arrival was told they would send email after 12:00 No email and couldn’t check in early! Mind you check out time is 10 am… we had a function to attend at 6:00 that took a hour to get to! Desperately need new furniture and mattresses. Recliners we’re broke and couch was awful. The house itself was nice clean and nice neighborhood. Needs updated furniture. I have Lupus and RA needles to say no sleep the entire weekend bed was one big sunken spot. Also front door was hard to open and lock took forever to get in with code. Over priced!

Nice, but that’s it.

Overall this is a nice property. But needs updating in a lot of places. The beds are the most noticeable, between no support for the back along with making loud noises through the night. Next is the shower in the main bathroom. Directions are required to operate it…not good when you are rushing to get out. The location is nice with a scenic backyard. Neighborhood was a bit further from downtown Nashville. Took about 45 min with morning traffic, so keep that in mind. I probably would not book this property again if I had a choice.
