Mid-week stay in Nashville

The property was in a perfect location and we really enjoyed our stay here! The host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

Very nice setting

The property itself was quaint and very well done. We had some older folks with us, so it wasn’t terribly easy for them on the steps. The layout was nice. My only complaint is be prepared for the mandatory insurance policy that isn’t included in the overall price. I’ve never been required to do that before. If it’s a mandatory policy, include it in the overall price rather than surprise your tenant a day or two before. We would definitely stay here again based upon the cleanliness and atmosphere alone.

Perfect Nashville Stay

We had an incredible stay at this Vrbo in Nashville! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless – check-in was easy, and the place was spotless. The home was beautifully decorated in Nashville style, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also given a nice little gift bag with snacks and promo items upon arrival.The location was close to all the action but in a quiet neighborhood where we could relax after exploring the city. Construction was happening, but is all over the city so there is really no way to get away from it wherever you stay. Getting to The Gulch was about a 20 minute walk. We took Ubers to Broadway.The host checked in with us and on the site there were recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked. We did not get to use the outdoor space because it was too cold. I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone visiting Nashville – we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home that just needs a little TLC

House was beautiful however I think that the cleaning staff needs to be more thorough. There was dust on floor in closets. Seems as this they do just a surface clean. Lots of dust along the hanging lights by kitchen counter .

Cheap details

We did not have any toilet paper anywhere in the house. The paper towels were the cheapest style that disintegrates in your hand. There were only two soap pods for the clothes washer, Only metal cooking utensils for non stick pans. Hot water in the master bath takes 6 minutes to get hot. Otherwise nice property, but I would not likely stay there again for the above reasons.

Everyone enjoyed the space and decorations. Great to have full baths with each bedroom. It was an enjoyable space and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants! Would definitely consider booking again!

Amazing place!

We recently stayed there with a party of 8 and we all enjoyed this beautiful decorated home. The home was in a great location close to The Gulch. We were able to walk to dinner Friday evening , grab breakfasts and Uber/Lyft to everything else. Loved having our own bathroom in this 4 bedroom place. We would highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice location, poor cleaning, maintenance and response

The layout of the property is great with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Property could be spectacular, beautiful decor for Nashville, convenient to downtown, but it’s not. Unfortunately we had multiple issues with the property. The sheets and towels were clean, but the rest of the house looks like just the bare minimum upkeep and cleaning with no inspection regularly made. Very dusty everywhere, cobwebs on walls/corners/windows/etc, dirty floors, toilet not cleaned in one room, etc. all called out to the property managers along with multiple photos daily which they finally sent someone on our last day to tidy up, but it was still limited. I even found a previous guests dirty underwear in the master closet! The management service is not local, so feels like they just don’t care. The residence needs a thorough cleaning to be new construction. On top of that many lights did not work through out the house and the fire pit did not work. Someone came out to fix the lights but no one ever came to fix the fire pit. For the price this is not what you’d expect in terms of cleaning or maintenance. Found a previous review and this seems to be a continuing issue for the property. I fully understand the turn of guests in an area like Nashville, but this should not be a excuse for cleaning and maintenance. I requested a refund on the cleaning and expressed frustrations with the property multiple times daily to which I was told someone would contact me. Well two days after checking out, I have not had anyone contact me on this. I regularly use VRBO and this is the first time I was so disappointed. I will not use any property with Good Night Stay again and do not recommend to anyone else.

Construction noise

The decor is beautiful and has the potential to be an excellent property but they need to be transparent about the housing construction directly next to as well as across the street from the property. The construction noise begins before 7am and goes on until after 6pm. It is VERY close to the property and quite loud. When I brought it to the attention of the property manager team, I was told "we don't know their schedules and that is not our property that they are working on therefore we have no control over it." While I do agree the property manager does not control the construction work, it should be disclosed in the listing description. I was hoping for a relaxing few days but we were all awake by 7am because of the noise. That is not what I paid for! Had the listing disclosed the fact there is construction work nearby, I would have opted to stay somewhere else. The property was not as clean as I would expect and could use a thorough deep clean of baseboards, headboards, etc... and the bathroom floors were not at all clean. The internet rarely worked even when they had me use a different unit's wi-fi. They blamed it on an outage in the area but that was only one portion of the time we were there. Our unit's wi-fi password was incorrect and never worked during our stay. Unit 4's wi-fi was often weak and unreliable. Due to the lack of transparency and the lack of accountability for having neglected to make guests aware of the construction noise, I will not book with GoodNight stay again in the future.

Adorable Property!

Great location close enough to downtown to walk yet far enough away so you have time away from craziness. Property is in great condition and very nicely staged. Had everything we needed. Only reason it’s a 4 and not 5 was cleaners are t real good. I had to go get stuff to clean bathrooms and vacuum when we got there.
