Loved it!

The place was extremely clean, the amenities were outstanding, and the location was perfect for a group of friends wanting to be within walking distance of downtown! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Short walk to downtown. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect would be better water pressure in the shower. Aside from that it was awesome!

Mums and daughters getaway

Great location, easy walk to Broadway. Clean well appointed unit. Walkout to pool area was a bonus. Would highly recommend this unit.

Nice place

It was a good place. Not great for walking at night if you’re a female but Ubers to the action were cheap enough. I am not sure if it was just the weekend we were there or every weekend but it seems to be a party spot. Lots of folks at the pool. Good energy.

Spacious, modern, convenient Nashville option

Well equipped condo perfect for a group stay with friends. Well situated between the Gulch and Broadway. Extremely accommodating and responsive landlord/management company. Only concern was proximity to nearby mission.

Weekend get away for a concert

Here’s a polished review based on your notes:---The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay, but it would have been helpful to have more details in the listing about the surrounding area—such as nearby restaurants, attractions, or amenities. Clearer instructions on parking and how to use the Latch keyless entry system would also improve the check-in experience. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement.

Overall, the rooms were very nice and the space was very clean, which we appreciated. The property itself was well kept and comfortable during our stay. Close to broadway,with comfy shoes, and other cool places. One thing to be aware of is that the rooms are located on the same level as the common areas. Because of this, other guests frequently walk by the bedroom and window areas, so there is less privacy than expected.During our stay there was also a noticeable smell in the hallway, possibly from garbage. Additionally, there is a homeless shelter around the corner, which is likely why there are codes required to access every door and the elevator. It’s something to be mindful of, especially when coming and going at night.Overall, the place was clean and the rooms were nice, but future guests may want to keep these details in mind when booking.

The Hyve property itself was lovely. The kitchen and open living area were nicely decorated and well equipped. The bedding and bathroom linens were a nice quality. This apartment on the second floor is adjacent to the pool - great for access, but draperies had to be closed for privacy as everyone walks by the windows. The nearby train noise from the railroad is to be considered. While the neighborhood is updating, this is not the area for an afternoon or evening stroll.

The unit is very clean, spacious and well appointed, was great for our group of 6 adults on our annual girls weekend. Location next to community seating area and fire pit was great for lounging. If you plan to walk to the Gulch or Broadway, be aware that the building is somewhat isolated and very near what appear to be 2 homeless shelters and/or rescue missions. You have to walk through a significant number of unhoused people sitting on the sidewalks and curbs for about 2 blocks. I would recommend using a ride share service instead of walking, particularly at night. Also, the 3rd bedroom is a small interior room with no windows, no closet, no dresser or any type of storage.

Grownup Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Nashville! Had a little bit of a hiccup when we first got here with the door lock codes not loading to let us in through the Latch system, but customer service was able to help us out and to get everything taken care of. The condo was exactly as described online. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. Some people have commented about the trains and how it was too loud, but I was barely able to notice them at all. If you’re a lighter sleeper, it may bother you a bit but a sound machine, or a sound app on your phone, is more than enough to drown out what little noise does make it inside. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Apartment, walking distance to the Gulch and Broadway

The apartment we stayed in was nice and had everything we needed while we were there. The luggage holding before we could enter the rental was a nice feature since we all arrived before the 4pm check in. Communication between the rental company was easy and they answered any questions I had in a timely manner. There were some issues with the Latch app. We could not get into the lobby for checking in our luggage with the app. It doesn’t work until the check in time. Other than that we were extremely happy with the location, staff and features. I would recommend staying here.

Broken bed and stive

Location was not ideal, freight train passes by constantly.Room was not acceptable, the bed frame was broken which made the mattress extremely uncomfortable for sleep.Also, knobs on stovetop broken
