I found the front desk staff and restaurant staff to be very friendly. Vidona was especially helpful.

There was no tissue in the holder so we left a note. Second day- still no tissue. Room was very dusty, could write our name on the wooden parts of the furniture. The lights in the bathroom dimmed and brightened continually, The chair in the room was badly stained and dirty. Wi-Fi was terribly slow. TV had very few channels. Pillows were very thin and unsatisfactory. Left bathmat to be changed out after first night - second day - no bath mat. Took 5 or more minutes to get hot water into the room. Also took a long time to figure how to operate faucets. They were very funky. Certainly not up to expectations for a Hilton Garden Inn. I could have gotten better for a lot less and next time I will.

The check-in staff were friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and clean, same with the bath. For one night the fridge and microwave didn't come into play, but I always prefer hotels with microwave and fridge so that is a plus overall.

We left a personal pillow here, and have tried 5+ times to call them, and get it identified and either set aside for us, or mailed to us. They will not help us. Even went by when we were in town again, and they would 'check and call us' but never do. So frustrated!

The entire hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but my room smelled so badly of old cigarettes that even though I had the window open I woke up in the night dry-heaving. It was so terrible I wish I could have left. So expensive for something so smelly. Staff were so great though.

Although we were in town just for one night it was a great experience. We needed a wheelchair accessible room & they made sure everything was just what we needed. Very friendly service at the front counter. The beds are adjustable soft to firm, very comfy!

I always love a Hilton Garden Inn. The Nashville location was great and the staff was so nice.

First trip to Grand Ole Opry. Hotel was good quality, less expensive stay than hotels nearest Grand Ole Opry...but very close and easy drive of a few miles. Near airport so you do get some jet takeoff noise but not really distracting unless you sleep light. Number of chain restaurants in Opry Mills Mall and next nearby exit.

I stayed here two nights due to flight cancellations. It is close to the airport and convenient. The rooms are comfortable. It is kind of what you would expect from this type of hotel. Comfortable for the business traveler. Predictable. The staff was courteous and friendly. Would stay again if in town for business.

The hotel was great nice and upscale. Bed looked nice but not comfortable even with the comfort menu.

Hotel was very neat, service was good. Only thing i had to comment on was it was a very cold nite arrived late nite, opened the door room was freezing. Turned on the heat kicked in and started warm but everytime it stopped the airconditioning would kick in no matter how you adjusted the thermastat. It was a cold nite and morning. Definitely trouble with there heating system.

This hotel made our vacation really great. It was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would recomend this hotle for anyone vacationing in the Nashville area.

will not help us, after 5 attempts
