Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Airport

The check-in staff were friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and clean, same with the bath. For one night the fridge and microwave didn't come into play, but I always prefer hotels with microwave and fridge so that is a plus overall.

We left a personal pillow here, and have tried 5+ times to call them, and get it identified and either set aside for us, or mailed to us. They will not help us. Even went by when we were in town again, and they would 'check and call us' but never do. So frustrated!

Awesome! Excellent staff. Entertainment in the lounge.

The entire hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but my room smelled so badly of old cigarettes that even though I had the window open I woke up in the night dry-heaving. It was so terrible I wish I could have left. So expensive for something so smelly. Staff were so great though.

Although we were in town just for one night it was a great experience. We needed a wheelchair accessible room & they made sure everything was just what we needed. Very friendly service at the front counter. The beds are adjustable soft to firm, very comfy!

I always love a Hilton Garden Inn. The Nashville location was great and the staff was so nice.

First trip to Grand Ole Opry. Hotel was good quality, less expensive stay than hotels nearest Grand Ole Opry...but very close and easy drive of a few miles. Near airport so you do get some jet takeoff noise but not really distracting unless you sleep light. Number of chain restaurants in Opry Mills Mall and next nearby exit.

I stayed here two nights due to flight cancellations. It is close to the airport and convenient. The rooms are comfortable. It is kind of what you would expect from this type of hotel. Comfortable for the business traveler. Predictable. The staff was courteous and friendly. Would stay again if in town for business.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was efficient and friendly.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The hotel was great nice and upscale. Bed looked nice but not comfortable even with the comfort menu.

Hotel was very neat, service was good. Only thing i had to comment on was it was a very cold nite arrived late nite, opened the door room was freezing. Turned on the heat kicked in and started warm but everytime it stopped the airconditioning would kick in no matter how you adjusted the thermastat. It was a cold nite and morning. Definitely trouble with there heating system.

This hotel made our vacation really great. It was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would recomend this hotle for anyone vacationing in the Nashville area.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast but its not free, would go back

It was nice having a restaurant inside the hotel and a few other options of restaurants nearby. Comfortable room and friendly staff. It was perfect for what we needed.

Overall a very good experience and I would return. The staff went out of their way to give us excellent service--always being kind and helpful. The shuttle driver waited 15 minutes overtime for me to return our rental car after his work hours were up--among other services and helps we received. The maid was always prompt in cleaning when we were out. The handicapped room where we stayed (turned out we did not need a handicapped room but we kept it) was very roomy. The only problem was that there is not enough counter space around the bathroom sink to accommodate the toiletries of one, let alone two guests. The carpet was very much in need of a good shampoo. Our slipper soles or sox became dirty from walking on it. Parking in the rear is very handy but the door is locked at 11 pm requiring a walk around the building to get in. The pool was not available due to a problem. Re-keying the room door locks was often necessary but we appreciated the security. Glad to have this opportunity to evaluate this place.

Arrived in mid afternoon. Renovation is underway, and lobby and front desk was closed. No particular problem, and the staff made do with a temporary front desk. They did not let their problem become our problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Pretty typical for hotel type. The hotel has a full restaurant, which is not typical, and we ordered room service. T,hen menu was very contemporary-- several vegetarian dishes--and the food was quite good, as was the service.

I feel that they understand the business traveler and have incorporated our needs into the facility.

Close to everything, easily accessible, great place, breakfast buffet best in the area

This hotel was not what I expected at all. The staff was nice, but didn't give me any information except to tell me where the elevator was. I requested a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room. The carpet had a HUGE pink stain right in the middle of the floor. The jets flying over head practically rattled my brain they were so loud and close. The worst part was the shower. I was able to take a shower, but my boyfriend wast because the whole faucet fell apart. Who ever cleaned the room just set it up to look like it was working. When I shut the water off the whole thing fell apart. Absolutely ridiculous!

Thank you for your feedback and for being our guest, Mark. First and foremost, we apologize for the unfortunate incident of you losing your pillow. Please be assured that any property left behind in the room is always brought down to the reception area when rooms are serviced, and we hold it for 60 days. Our staff is well-trained in these procedures, and reliable to follow through, so when we find it, we will contact you. We hope you will consider giving us the opportunity to extend our finest hospitality to you on another visit. Regards, Dave Walker General Manager
