The location was great! It was easy to get to Broadway, grocery stores, and some other tourist places. The rooms were clean. The kitchen was pretty well stocked between the two houses/apartments. Having both spaces allowed our family plenty of space to be together and also space to have to yourself if needed. We will definitely look at Avant Stay for future locations.

Location was great ... close to Broadway and cheap uber. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Only thing that was slightly disappointing was the cleanliness of the rental but I understand it's being used every weekend.

We stayed in 2 condos that were next door to each other, It was perfect. We had issues with unlocking the doors but help was easy to find. Appreciated that the units had a pack and play for the baby. We would not change a thing

21st birthday

This was perfect for our daughter‘s 21st birthday. The older parents stayed on one side and the kids/young adults stayed on the other side. Plenty of space it was exactly as described. Easy to get to Broadway or the gulch.

50th Birthday

16 adults stayed here for a 50th birthday. The property manager was available for an inquiry we had, even delivering a frying pan when discovering the one of our rental was missing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nashville Weekend with Friends

We traveled with a group of 10. The two identical units right next to each other provided plenty of space for eveyone. Location was a quick uber ride to downtown. Will certainly consider booking with VRBO / AvantStay again. Thanks!

Overall good property

The townhomes were great for the age ranges and larger group we had for a 21st and 30th birthday bash. Close Uber ride to Broadway and easy pick up on the side street. The neighborhood seems to be up and coming so be prepared for that. The view out the front window was a vacant lot with many dumpsters. The end unit also had quite a bit of road noise early morning and late at night. Humphreys Street coffee was an easy walk and great spot! That was as far as we felt comfortable exploring and we did not walk around at night.

Great Nashville stay

We rented 2 units at this property and it was great. They had all the amenities you could need, the units were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. There are a couple of breweries and bars within walking distance. Check-in was really easy. The owners responded right away when I contacted them. They also had little welcome gifts which were a nice touch. I would definitely stay again! The only downside is one side of the neighborhood gets pretty sketchy pretty fast but overalll we felt safe.

They were supplied with everything we needed and were nicely decorated. Only downside was hearing gunshots nearby one evening. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Wonderful Place

Our group had 2 townhouses which were both immaculate! We had everything we needed for our stay. The area was perfect & close to restaurants and shops. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Amazing Stay!

We stayed for a weekend for a 27th birthday and I do not have enough good things to say about the property! It was perfect. Very clean, looked just like/even better than pics, great location (cheap Ubers). We were even able to pay extra to check in many hours earlier than reservation. Would definitely stay again.

Work stay

My business was working down the road and the 2 townhomes were perfect for our group. The homes look just like the pictures. It’s a straight shot to downtown and just a few minutes from the interstate. There were also plenty of supplies (toilet paper, towels, soaps etc)

Looking forward to our next stay!

This is one of the best places we've stayed. The two side by side were perfect for our stay. My friends and I brought my daughter and a few of her friends for a 21st bday. Having the two spaces was perfect. The only complaint was the rowdy adults in the rentals behind us.

Great place to stay for large groups

We had a group of 16 stay in 2 town homes side by side and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! There was plenty of room and all the accommodations needed. We were close to many restaurants, stores and downtown. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
