It would have been good to know that there are major renovations going on at the facility The check in area is divided off with large plastic liners and the noise in that area is significant. This noise did not affect us in our rooms. We stayed for 2 nights and there was no maid service. The waffles at breakfast were good. The eggs and sausage were terrible. I've stayed at several Hampton Inns, and this one was not up to their usual standards It was not the worst experience, but it was just average.

Hotel looked old and worn. Down to one elevator the 4 days we were there. In room - light bulbs were out, tub drain was off, robe hook fell off the wall - upkeep/maintenance needs looked at. Staff was very friendly though!

Hampton Inn & Suite at Opryland

Hampton Inn has become a mainstay for my family when traveling. Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites @ Opryland was good overall. The grounds were well kept. Staff was friendly. The hotel was undergoing remodeling but was not a disruption. The room had been recently remodeled and was very nice. However, there was no vent in the bathroom to move air, and as a result the air was thick One of the outlets on the nightstand did not work. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky at 7:30 in the morning. The parking lot could use a little more lighting.
