The rental was spotless. The grounds looked amazing with a lot of activities. We were only there for 2 nights but thought it would be great to return with children. It is so close to the Opry and the mall. We didn’t really enjoy the time share pitch but everyone was very nice.

I felt very pressured to go to the sales pitch having to plunk down a 40 deposit and they called and texted me numerous times the day of the sales meeting. I was on my own with 3 kids, why would I leave them for 90 minutes? They started to offer free stuff after I said I was not interested in the sales meeting, like you couldn't provide shuttle passes at check in? Ok. The room was ok, but definitely had issues though the reception desk told us we had a "VIP" room....The carpets were ripped, bugs under the master bathroom sink, and the beds were not comfortable at all. Resort itself was very nice and grounds staff were very friendly. Pools were great and my family enjoyed them! One thing about the shuttle service- it's a 3rd party company and costs 15 per person. Ride down to Nashville was great. Ride back much more sketchy. Driver was on his cell phone, and brought us the "scenic" route, going to the wrong hotel. Did not love that after dark, with 3 kids. It's not a bad place but dated and pushy about the timeshare component.

We greatly enjoyed the condo at Club Wyndham. It was very conveniently located to the activities we had planned. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The property is lovely and we appreciated access to fitness center and pools.The unit could use some refreshing with paint and baseboard maintenance. The router was not good and we consistently lost service—especially during the NCAA Final Four games!The most upsetting situation occurred at check in. We were in a rush as we only had a few minutes before we were expected at an appointment. But after receiving my room key card I was directed to speak with the concierge who wanted me to sign up to attend a “survey” meeting the next morning. I asked if it was a timeshare pitch and I was told it was just a review meeting. I declined to attend as we had a full morning already planned and then a “manager” approached and again insisted that we attend a meeting. I again declined and was asked if I had spoken to my husband before declining the meeting. Well, that was very upsetting and I walked out. I was already stressed that they had made us late for our appointment, but to imply that I was not capable of making such a decision without my husband really was over the top.I did not see any information when I booked the property that indicated a timeshare meeting would be offered.Despite this, I can honestly say that we would stay there again as we found it to be convenient and comfortable

This was an excellent property for the price. Needs vast indoor updating. Decor is outdated and in need of TLC. Beds, chairs and couch are too worn to be exceptionally comfortable. Pool and outside structures are well taken care of and clean.

The unit we stayed in was older but mostly clean. However, the outside was not as the neighboring unit was under construction with sawdust, saws, and other construction equipment laying all around. When checking in, the process started well but the sales pitch for the timeshare presentation was not fully disclosed and felt like a trap. The final process of the presentation was met with hostility and left a negative experience for our stay.

The place was great! Laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher soap, paper towels...everything we needed was provided and the staff was happy to bring extras if needed. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub! The location was also great and an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.
